Amazing phone - after about 2 weeks of use, I am not missing my 12 pro max at all. The freedom to flip it to 1/2 its size is awesome for jogging, biking, etc. The screen is amazing super bright and sharp. The battery has improved since I started using it, but with a wireless charger in my car and at work its not a problem for me at all. The trade in process for an S9 was difficult with tmo and it caused me a lot of wasted time and frustration.

I was so excited to try this phone out and use it as my daily phone. The build is amazing, the phone is solid, and the satisfaction of shutting the phone in half was something I forgot I loved doing. The down fall is the battery life. You cannot get thru the day without charging it. The other downfall, it takes forever to charge. I gave it an opportunity for a week but I found myself always running to find the nearest charger. That and the fact that I wasn’t able to transfer my WhatsApp conversations from iPhone to android like they promised. I kept getting messages that I was totally lost on, because the conversations didn’t transfer. I will say the OS of Samsung was so nice to use after being an iPhone user for years. I think this year is still too early to switch to a flip phone. With a phone priced as close to the new Samsung and iPhone 13 it doesn’t have half the specs for the price you’re paying. I know for sure next year they will get it right. And I’ll be the first one to make the switch.

Folds into a wallet size device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has to be the best upgrade I've had in awhile. While the z flip 3 and all the other folding in general are rising up in the market, samsung knows how to please there customers with there products. At first I was skeptical on getting it as I already had an s21 ultra but I wanted to try something different, something actually different when using it. Using it for answering and ending phone calls is the best feature as well as flex mode when reading or typing up stuff using a Bluetooth keyboard I have. If your in need of an upgrade from your current phone this phone is the way to go if you wanna "flex" your way onto the competition thanks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a loyal, dedicated APPLE enthusiast, i decided I wanted more of a phone with my quickly, fun, and creative personality. I decided a month ago to purchase the Galaxy Z Flip 3, 256GB a month ago and I am not disappointed. It has all the features I was used to and more. My photos I took on my phone are amazing. The phone is easy to use and fits comfortably in my pocket! It’s great in my workout pants while running and i love taking selfies while on the fold. Storing files is easy, and the charge is long lasting. The accessories are affordable and there are a lot of cool cases!
Know when to fold them is my new motto while flipping “them” off.

I LOVE this phone!!!!! I missed my Nokia flip phone, which I still have, but out dated. I was SOOOOO excited when I saw this one!!! I have dropped it OPEN and CLOSED, on CARPET and on CEMENT, and it STILL works like the day I got it!!!! It is compact, I'm not carrying a TABLET for a phone. You DON'T see it sticking out of my purse. I LOVE the ring on the case, easy to pull phone out of purse or pocket. I listen to music with my ear buds and my phone in my pocket while cutting grass, don't have to worry about dropping it, It fits DOWN in my jean skirt pocket. I LOVE ALL the features!!!! THANKS Samsung!!!! I KNOW you will LOVE it ALSO!!!!!

Something new for a change.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered and received my Galaxy Flip 3 5G in August of 2021. I can honestly say, I couldn't be any happier! The build quality is phenomenal, and it is extremely durable. Having a folding phone has been something I've wanted for a couple years now. This phone has exceeded my expectations. I love being able to fold it closed and put it in a pocket, and have it actually fit well. The screen is gorgeous and very responsive being 120hz, the battery lasts all day with my moderate to heavy use and continues to impress me. I have recommended this phone to several people, and just about everyone who sees it is intrigued. Thank you Samsung, you nailed it!

Love this phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having Notes from the first version, I was disappointed about not having a 21. I decided to get the flip and so far I love it. The screen is slightly smaller than the Note, but I have found that to not be much of an issue. I like that it fits in my pocket so much better, and I can easily drop in my cup holder when in the car. So far, the only drawbacks are lack of expandable storage, and a battery with a lot less life than the Note. I use cloud storage heavily so the expandable storage thing is not a hug issue. If you are a heavy user with no available power outlets during the day you might want a portable charger, or just go with the fold.

Back to the future

Millions of us loved the flip phones of yesteryear. This third iteration is almost spot on. The screen and colors are so vibrant not washed out like the Note 20 ultra. For such an expensive device one expected all the bells and whistles. Like pen capabilities, top notch camera, expandable storage, longer battery life and Dex capabilities. That being said the build quality seems to be very robust. Doesnt seem plasticky or flimsy in the hand. Sammy is like the Wright brothers they have to innovate, take risks to push the envelope toward the future. As an incentive they offered a hefty trade in which made it worth your while. One will flip over it.

Beautiful screen, inside and out.
If been wanting to go back to a flip phone since starting new job.
The external screen is awesome!
You can check your messages, weather conditions, control music, and even set a quick timer (which is great for us cooks) and yes the external screen is touch activated.
The main screen is beautiful and vivid.
Getting used to opening and closing the screen will take time. It feels alien right now.
Coming from an S20 Fe 5g. I appreciate the screen size. Time will tell how well the hinge holds up.
The only downfall is THERE IS NO DEX SUPPORT.
Hopefully Samsung will include in future updates.
