Providing Safe Device Access
We will provide account assistance so you can continue to use your device and stay connected. If you are a survivor of domestic violence, please download the attachment at the bottom of this page and follow the instructions. If you have questions, contact T-Mobile Customer Service at 1-877-746-0909 (or dial 611 from a T-Mobile phone). TTY service is also available for hearing and sight impairment by calling 1-877-296-1018.
