EMERGENCY BROADBAND BENEFIT

Helping households stay connected with internet payment assistance.

The FCC Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) program has ended, but the new federal Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is here and available through Assurance Wireless®. To find out how to apply, visit Assurance Wireless.

Customers who enrolled in the EBB program by December 31, 2021 will continue to receive EBB benefits for an additional 60 days.

T-Mobile is now only able to accept enrollment transfers if you’re already receiving EBB benefits from another provider.
