T-Mobile won't let me change my phone number
I called T-Mobile yesterday to change my phone number because I am receiving a lot of spam phone calls. I called and the woman helping me gave me a new number and told me to wait 2-4 hours for this change to happen. I waited 5 hours and my phone number never changed even after turning my phone off and on multiple times. I called again and the woman on the phone told me that the change looks good on their end and to just wait a little longer. It has been OVER 24-hours and my phone number has still not changed. I called again and have been on the phone with the agent for almost 1 hour. He keeps giving me different phone numbers that are available but every time he tries to put it through he receives an error message and won’t tell me what it is. He then asked if he could call me tomorrow and I am furious because this change should have happened yesterday! Has anyone dealt with this? T-Mobile is being vague and no help with this issue and it is irritating and frustrating.277Views0likes1CommentI want Starlink, so... Moto G Power 2024?
So my Pixel 4a apparently isn't satellite compatible. I've always thought that satellite connectivity, even if it's just SMS, would be worth it to me. It's the kind of feature I'd pay for. So, I guess my main question is, what phone to get? For me, it's hard finding a phone I like. I don't really like my Pixel. It works, but I miss my FM radio. And from Youtube videos scrolling through the apps, it looks like the Motorola Moto G and G Power 2024 have FM radio, 3.5mm headphone jack, SD card slot, all the things I'd like to have, personally. Well, except AM and weather stations and amateur radio bands and other types of radio reception. But that's just me. But would the Moto G 2024 work with Satellite? Would this be my dream phone? I personally don't care if it has a good camera. A bright screen for outdoors would be nice, and loud speakers and a good mic too. But I guess I can't have everything.mr_l846 hours agoLTE Learner109Views0likes5CommentsUpgrade Phone without changing number

My daughter has tried to call me from two different phones, her cell phone and a landline, and both phones tried to call me and the call wouldn’t even ring and just got straight to voicemail. She has called from different locations on her cell phone and it still doesn’t ring and just goes straight to voicemail and I never receive a missed call notification. She has restarted my phone, reset my network settings and turned off my wifi calling. This problem just started and I want to get ahead of it. Please help me fix itcgood4166 hours agoNetwork Novice16Views0likes0Comments- Keishla7 hours agoNetwork Novice122Views0likes3Comments
Real ID: Phone bill with address needed
I need my T-Mobile Bill Statement printed showing my current address so that I may apply for my Real ID card. According to the Department of Homeland Security: " My T-Mobile Bill Statement is an acceptable document which can be used to show my Proof of State Residency (a recent utility bill for services such as phone). I'd like to print it off at home, but it appears to only show the account number, my name, but no address. I really don't want to go into the store to get it printed out.CynthiaMcCrea8 hours agoNetwork Novice9Views0likes0CommentsHome internet down
My home internet has been completely down since 4pm yesterday. We live in Wayne, NJ. Yes, we have tried to reboot and checked all devices. It is not even coming up as an option for our WiFi. Tried the 24/7 customer service which says it is after hours :(Aktann9 hours agoVisitor8Views0likes0CommentsAccess admin on gateway G4SE
I got service a couple days ago. When I type the IP address on the back of the unit, it doesn't ask for the admin password as written on gateway itself, it just logs me in right away to a simple web page that says "connection status" but has no menu options to access the gateway settings, so I can't see settings or make any changes. How do I access the admin area to see all the gateway settings, wifi settings, etc?PythonFlying20 hours agoRoaming Rookie415Views1like8CommentsOld T-Mobile Internet App works, New T-Life app Doesn't
T-Mobile nagged me to use the new T-Life app for managing my TMHI 5G Gateway. So I did. I set it up a few days ago and it was working fine. I'm using both together with the old app. The problem is the new app now doesn't work. After a power outage, we got things back up and running. The Gateway is connected to the internet, all devices connected to it, it is speed testing at ~400Mbps, and is working fine. The old T-Mobile Internet App correctly shows it is connected with a good connection. But the new T-Life app says our 5G Gateway is "Offline." That's wrong. It's very much online and working. Seems T-Mobile released this app before it was ready for prime-time. I don't really have a problem with this situation. I'm just noting it here because T-Mobile doesn't provide another way to give this feedback. I'm not going to use the new app until I absolutely have to. T-Mobile better get the new app right and working correctly before they retire the old one and make me use it.Jeff20 hours agoNewbie Caller1.1KViews10likes10Comments
