Home internet drops out when gateway switches to 5G UC
We've had the G4SE gateway since February and our service was great until the leaves grew out on our trees, didn't know that was going to be a problem. We have an external antenna and our signal almost always is 3 bars (good), we get decent internet if the gateway will stay on 5G but as soon as it switches to UC everything totally slows down, download is 10 Mbps +/- and unmeasurable upload. Is there any way to stop the gateway from switching?BobS_RN58 minutes agoVisitor33Views0likes2Comments- 70645991318 hours agoVisitor11Views0likes1Comment
WHY SO MANY "ANDROID" UPDATES NOW ???
Owned this REVLL for about 6 months now. It seems to go through an ANDROID SYSTEM UPDATE every week (OK, I’m exaggerated maybe a tad….). What is the DEAL with this phone needing so many updates? Some of them take WAY TOO LONG and of course you are without any phone while (once again) going thru what seems to be a weekly “update”. I have had more updates in 6 months with this REVLL phone than in 20 years COMBINED with all my other cell phones. These android “updates” take your phone away from you. Why so many “updates” T-Mobile??????? If this persists, I’m switching to an I-Phone.toomanyupdates10 hours agoNetwork Novice478Views0likes12CommentsExcellent Service
Just wanted to come here and thank the agent who helped me tonight. My iPhone started tweaking this evening. So, I reached out because all of my troubleshooting didn't work, and I saw I was technically due for an upgrade. I believe her name was Rosieanne or something of the sort, was SO patient with me. I initially wanted to pick up my order from a local store, but was told I could not because I was ordering via an online agent, and to have it expedited would have been an additional fee, but she managed to waive that for me. The chat also wasn't working properly, so I could not access the forms I needed, so she had to call me. Now remember, my phone doesn't work lol. I had to take the call through my Apple Watch and could barely hear. But Rosie was so patient and got me squared away without a hint of annoyance in her voice. Truly a special person. Hats off to her amazing customer service!Jess12314 hours agoVisitor9Views1like0CommentsHow to find support chat transcript (they lied to me)
Two days ago I had a support chat (desktop, not mobile) with a rep who supposedly helped me by waiving a requirement for a promotion. She told me everything was set and that within 48 hours I’d receive an email confirming that I could sign up for the promotion but with the requirement waived. Predictably, 48 hours has now gone by and I’ve received no email. I called support this time and they claim they have no record of the chat and that they don’t have access to chat transcripts even if they did occur (I find this patently absurd). They won’t honor what the chat rep promised me, but unfortunately I didn’t save a transcript of the chat. Now, the chat widget isn’t showing on their desktop site (it seems to come and go based on mysterious rules). Does anyone know if it is possible to access support chat transcripts, and if so, where on their site? I can’t find anything.Uncle_Lobsterma20 hours agoNewbie Caller3.2KViews2likes10CommentsSubject: SIM Unlock Request for iPhone (IMEI: 354877096333383)
Dear T-Mobile Customer Support, I recently purchased a used iPhone that is currently locked to T-Mobile USA. Here are the details of the phone: Model: iPhone IMEI: 354877096333383 iOS Version: Carrier 54.0 Current location: Senegal I kindly ask you to review my request and let me know if there is any additional information or documentation needed. What?! I've been happy with T-Mobile for a few years now, and thought I was with an ethically operated company. I've had no reason to complain. However just today I received a text that in 2 weeks they are increasing my price. But when I signed up I was promised a guaranteed rate of $70 per month for 2 unlimited lines on Magenta for 55+. Now T-Mobile wants $10/month more than the guaranteed rate. Sorry, the price increase and therefore the change in terms is not acceptable. This isn't a great way to treat loyal customers.friendofonyx24 hours agoRoaming Rookie1.5KViews7likes9CommentsNeed your help
It’s Father’s Day and my wife wanted to reveal that she had been talking with another man in 2023. I’m not really upset and told her that I’ve got so many good things going on in life so she shouldn’t worry about it. I just wanted to know his name but she won’t give it. Is there anyway I could find the call/text logs? June, 15, 2025 right now. Pls lmk thanks people.Nopulau2 days agoNewbie Caller62Views0likes1CommentCharged since July last year for a line I called and canceled
I was with sprint for 17 years and now with T-Mobile for this 3 years i guess and I have had to call about my bill over and over . Well if you have had experience with someone you live with with stage 4 cancer . You understand it when you don't have the time or even think to look at the small stuff. Well someone got into our checking account so we had to shut it down and screwed up my auto pays . We'll my phone got cut off because my payment was rejected or returned because the account was closed. So I went online and seen this huge bill and was reading and they have been charging me for a line , I had turned off .. They say I didn't request it tobe turned off , I requested it to be blocked ... And I tried to tell her your wrong . Because after the first time I called in to report that phone was stolen and to shut that line off. I had to call back the next month because data had been used on that line. So I called back and asked why data use is on a line that I wanted canceled and I told them put a block or something but I dont want that line nor do I want anyone to be able to use wifi or data .. So they say since I said that the line wasn't canceled and they don't owe me anything even though no one has used that line for anything since then.myemail21752 days agoNetwork Novice24Views0likes1CommentDO NOT PAY FOR ASSURANT!
Paying stupid insurance for years. Quite literally thousands of dollars. Should be $0 to fix screen but they wouldn't. Had to pay $50 more for deductible. And NOW being blackmailed into sending MY phone, that I PAID FOR, to them!? Or else pay more, TO KEEP MY OWN PHONE THAT I PAID FOR! this is not ok. Greed, plain and simple. Assurant is a scam and T-Mobile backs them. Don't believe for one minute that T-Mobile doesn't get a cut of the $ action from Assurant. DON'T NOT PAY FOR THE INSURANCE. save the money for yourself, not them! So flipping sick of corporate greed. 😡tmoRgreedyjerks3 days agoRoaming Rookie149Views1like1Comment
