  • Scam Shield includes free protection from scam and spam calls, texts, and websites for T-Mobile customers. Free features include Scam Likely, Scam Block, personal number blocking, Potential Spam identification, spam calls sent to voicemail, Callback Protection, and Safe Web Browsing. You can manage Scam Shield in the T-Life app.

  • T-Life makes your digital security even better, but the network automatically blocks texts and websites and identifies scam and spam calls, so you don't have to. You can turn on Scam Block by dialing #662# from your T-Mobile device to automatically block Scam Likely calls.

  • Safe Web Browsing helps block access to known malicious or dangerous websites on supported devices and experiences. Availability can depend on your settings and supported features.

  • Scam Likely is a caller label that helps warn you when T-Mobile identifies an incoming call as a likely scam. It is designed to help you decide whether to answer or block the call.

  • There are a few ways to turn on Scam Block: Download the free T-Life app and toggle on Scam Block Dial #662# from your T-Mobile device Log in to My T-Mobile or the T-Mobile app, where you'll see an option to turn on Scam Block Turn Scam Block on for your DIGITS numbers by dialing.

  • Callback Protection is T-Mobile's next level in protecting customers from scammers using urgent-looking messages to trick them into calling fake numbers. If you call a number on T-Mobile's Scam Likely list, you will hear an audible warning that says, "We've identified the number you are calling is likely a scam.

  • Potential Spam calls are unwanted solicitation calls from numbers that aren't specifically intended for you. These differ from Scam Likely calls, which are usually fraudulent, illegal, and intended to harm you.

  • We've had an anti-spam solution for mobile messaging including SMS and MMS since 2014, and we include it at no additional charge for T-Mobile customers.

  • Scam Shield Premium includes extra call-management features beyond the free Scam Shield tools. Premium features can include category blocking, reverse number lookup, personal number blocking, and voicemail-to-text.
