Samsung is going down hill

My last good Samsung was S10E. Since then Samsung's going downhill. My next phone after S10E was S22. It was the worst phone I ve ever had. Notifications did not work, buttons on 1 side make it terrible for screenshots, power button in middle of phone was exactly in place where car holders are attached. So I get chance to s25. Big mistake. It is even worse than S22. Notifications do not work. Google Messages app is terrible. No customizations on phone calls & messages. Phone is doing whatever wants without my control. I simply want back old school gr8 phone. I am disapointed with S25 as I was disapointed with S22. I had better phones b4.

Defective battery right out of the box

Defective product. Once activated, battery charged to 98% only, and by the second day, the phone overheated while powered off. It is now inoperative, and I am hoping T-Mobile can resolve this and that this is not a trend with the new S25s. My S21 still was going strong after 4 years, but I took advantage of the trade-in upgrade. Argh...

Not at all what I expected

Can't say I love it. It's too small (I had the Samsung A32 before this, which was bigger) and I LOVED the emojis I had previously. Hate hate HATE the ones on this phone. Unread email headings aren't bold as they were on the old phone, and the notifications don't tell me the number of new messages. I can't seem to give different apps different notification sounds.

Great phone

I've had mine a few months now and haven't had any problems at all with it! Holds a charge better than the A series and doesn't overheat while charging. All of the features are spot on and the camera takes amazing photos. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Samsung and will never go back to Apple!

Defective Product

Galaxy S25 randomly overheats while charging. Battery drains to zero. Attempting repair but mother board stock/delivery problematic. I don't recommend this product. Samsung should recall because this appears to be a widespread issue.

Poor battery life, shoddy Bluetooth

Traded in my old phone because the battery was depleting faster, only to find this phone's battery life sucks, depletes within a few hours. Bluetooth also terrible compared to every other phone I've ever owned, disconnects or needs to be repaired frequently to every device. Definitely a downgrade.

So far, super sweet phone. No complaints whatsoever. Switching over from iPhone was a bit of a pain but T-Mobile has great customer service! I really like everything about the S25, thumbs up
