Great Phone

Switched from a Android and it's a lot faster and better, But if you already have a 13 Pro Max or 14 Pro Max, There's no need to get the 16, The 16 is basically the same just a tiny bit different.

So fragile

Up graded fro iPhone 12 Pro to 16 pro. It was very excited. But only 1 week since I had a new phone camera was cracked, front camera was not functioning anymore. I had a protector and case but only one drop break so easily. Even there is no stock in the retail store and online store I can’t fix right away or I will not have physical phone in my hand,,,,,

Fantastic iPhone But You Must Look From Inside

At first look the 16 Pro looks the same as the 15 Pro but internally it got a fantastic redesign that I am very fond of. As an IT technician it was a good refinement this year around but I appreciate the details. I would only recommend this upgrade if you are coming from a iPhone 14 Pro or older. It is not for people that bought the 15 Series of iPhone unless you really want it. I will be on this phone for the next 4 years minimum so this was a long term upgrade for me coming from an iPhone 13 Pro Max. The thing I like most about this phone is the screen size bump 6.3 inches is such a sweet spot that we have never had my 13 Pro Max was a great phone but felt very difficult & uncomfortable to hold at times with the 16 Pro that isn’t the case I don’t have to sacrifice between a big screen & comfort or power it in the full package in a great size & that is what I love about it.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Garbage!!

I bought this iPhone a few months ago, camera goes completely BLACK! Both cameras! It’s frustrating! It happens about 40% of the time. Tried everything but it still doesn’t work! I spent all that money for a low quality phone. Going back to Samsung! I usually go back and forth with Apple & Samsuung, & let me tell you…. Samsung has BETTER quality cameras than iPhones. iPhone is in the 1900s while Samsung is ahead of them. Theres so much stuff you can do with Samsung compared to IPhone. Trust me!

No, I do not recommend this product.

Worst Apple Product in 10 years

DO NOT BUY!!! Apple user for 10 years + and this Iphone 16 Pro is by FAR the worst product I’ve ever had from Apple. Everything on the phone glitches and will randomly not work. Do you want to open the camera from the lock screen? Nope fails 25% of the time and just gives you a black screen. Wanna use an emoji when texting, nope keyboard pops up with just blank blocks, wanna open any of your frequently used apps, sorry, 10 seconds ro load then a forced closed. I am so irate about spending money on the worst electronic device I’ve ever had. This thing works like a drunk teenager programmed it in their moms basement. As of software 18.5 it still fails at everything above. If a future SW update does not fix these issues, it will be my last Apple device and I will move away from their ecosystem.

No, I do not recommend this product.

The only good thing about this phone is the color!

I just upgraded from the 14 to the 16pro. One would assume that it is a superior phone and upgrade. However, I've had it 1 day and I'm ready to return it. The 14 seemed like a better phone! The 16 just feels bulky and it seems slower than the 14. One thing I can't stand is the black bar at the top of the phone screen. It is visually irritating to me. This phone is not worth the hype or $$$. The only reason I stay with iphone is to Facetime with my family. There are many other brands with better ratings.

No, I do not recommend this product.

DON'T BUY THIS PHONE

I was really excited to try iphone since it's so popular. This iphone runs slower than my 2 year old samsung 😭. Why does it come with a useless cord aswell. I am NOT paying for a iphone box. This pathetic phone really made me switch back to my old samsung and I don't like samsung all that much. This just made me realize iphones good at brainwashing people into thinking its the best phone. It actually blows why is everyone using it? Which sucks because my new number is now on this phone so I have to use it when I leave my home. For now it stays near my trashcan in just in case.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Not a mind blower!

After 2 years with the 14 Pro Max, I upgraded to the 16 Pro. Nothing was wrong with the 14 Pro Max, but I figured, why not see and experience what all the hype was about. After 2 weeks, I returned 16 Pro. There was minimal difference in speed, tech or software changes. I realize specs will speak for themselves, however, for the daily user, the minimal changes made did not blow my hair back as a must have. The screen was smaller and I for one, can live without the AI feature. I think I'll stay with the 14 Pro Max.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Call it 16 Disaster not 16 Pro

New Phone 16 Pro does not set up, stuck on Hello Page and neither allows to turn off or go beyond the first screen. Hot as a pan and really scary it might blow up. 100% battery drained to 0% under 5 hours. Then I waited for an hour and recharged hoping it would be alright but same. 10% battery charge drained again in 10 minutes. And I check the forums there are at least 50 people in the same situation! Feel sorry for myself who is stuck with using Apple devices for so many years! Time for a change I guess!
