Works better than my old Verizon T1114 box. I'm not even supposed to have 5G service here, but 40/8 is typical, 25/5 when congested, 80/20 in the middle of the night often. Only complaint is that it sometimes falls to "non optimal" 5G bands and won't automatically switch back to the best bands -- but that's an easy fix - play with a specific setting, or just reboot it.

Constantly re-boots, and has Z E R O ability to maintain any up-time. Numerous call with T-mobile passing the buck and encouraging us to return it to Inseego directly left us no closer to having working internet. No amount of APN updates, firmware updates, 4g only could let this device JUST WORK! My friend now sits in his in-patient hospital stay shopping for reliable 5g hotspots on his mobile. THANKS T-MOBILE all inseego products are steaming trash, they can't even run for 24 hours without resetting for 10 minutes. JUNK JUNK JUNK!

Los primeros 14 días de prueba funciona , luego de los 14 días de pruebas no funciona . La caja de apaga sola y cada vez que vas a usarla tienes que prenderla y esperar 5 minutos o más , la batería no dura más de una hora tienes que tenerla siempre conectada a la corriente y la velocidad es pésima ! No la recomiendo luego tienes que seguir pagando la mensualidad aún que la caja no funcionen

Inseego is garbage. T-Mobile is garbage.

Inseego is junk. The user interface is ridiculous, the touchscreen should be called the don' t-touch-screen, and it is not reliable. You might get lucky and it will work for a little while. Then performance degrades, and no matter how strong a signal you have it will be slow and erratic. T-Mobile's idea of warranty support is to give you a "refurbished" replacement, which is just some other unhappy customer's return. They charge you $20 and it takes hours on the phone and in a store to get your so-called warranty service. I'm on my third replacement and it's still a piece of junk. A total waste of time and money.

My Inseego MIFI wouldn't work at all on T-Mobile's extended range 5G that works fine here on phones. The Inseego also didn't work on LTE until I went in to the MIFI settings from a PC and disabled the 5G. Inseego support was completely unhelpful with this. Even then, using it with T-Mobile, data speeds were much slower than using a hotspot on my phone. T-Mobile says they throttle standalone hotspot speeds in times of congestion and prioritize phones. RIP hotspot. Pros were I liked the battery life and it has a decent wifi network compared to other hotspot devices.

I should have paid more heed to the reviews. As others have said, mine worked for around 2-3 weeks and hasn't worked since. I can occasionally get my laptop to get very slow Internet, but any other device that connects says no Internet, despite the device saying I have 2GB of high speed data, and supposedly 4G after this.

I reside in an area with good 5G coverage, and when I connect to the MiFi via Wi-Fi, I can achieve speeds of 300/7 Mbps. Interestingly, when I use an Ethernet connection with a Cat 5E cable, the speed drops to 25/7 Mbps. I have noticed that a significant number of reviews for this 5G MiFi are negative. Therefore, I plan to continue testing this device to see if my experience changes. However, up until now, my experience with it has been excellent.

So far, This M3000 is OUTSTANDING !

I bought this unit from a friend that has difficulty plugging in an extension cord ( if you get my drift ) so, I went into settings, disabling the messaging ( connecting devices, etc. ) set it up for 4G, & 5G, over 7 months ago, been traveling my “rear end” off, and to be honest, have NOT had a moment’s problem with this Pro X model ! Actually, it’s been very good as far as the Radio ( selectivity / sensitivity ) part of the X62 internal modem. I’ve NEVER had a connectivity problem to date.

Awful Misleading Product

This product is horrible. I disconnected 5G because it did not work whatsoever and changed it to regular 4GLTE and it still does not work. Do not spend your money. If you're looking for a wifi solution, look elsewhere.
