Absolutely terrible

Worst phone I've ever seen. Imagine trying to reply to a text but the screen / keyboard are so buggy it takes 5 minutes to send a single sentence, and this occurs about 10 times a day, and there's no fix for it. Camera is terrible, not sure why but all the older Galaxy cameras are much better, but I struggle to get good quality with this camera. The 5g network is terrible, had 0 issues with the 4g and my older Galaxy, now I can't even use my phone in my house, and I live in a popular city, not in the middle of nowhere. Can't think of a single good thing to say about this phone, wish the insurance would honor crappy / buggy software issues.

Awesome Phone!

I purchased this phone a month ago as it was time for a new phone. My S7 was 8 years old. It still worked (make /receive calls) but stopped supporting certain Apps. This phone is awesome! I mean really, really awesome. It has all the bells and whistles and very easy to navigate. The camera is great and pics are as clear as glass. I always purchase Samsung Gallery phones because they last and are the truly the best. I will recommend. phones

Great phone with one small issue

I have had my new phone for about a week, It works great. I am very happy my choice, with one small issue. The in screen finger printer reader SUCKS. I add a print it works for a day, then after the first day it accepts my thumb maybe one time in thirty tries. I had added the same print three times and it works for maybe a day.

This is an amazing phone beautiful packed with many features the camera quality is good smooth transitioning I love that it has the rounded edges and how it reminds me of the iPhone the battery lasts for a long time I would definitely recommend!

Sleek design does not make up for the faults.

After receiving the phone through an agent online I got a good deal for monthly payments for the phone and a package for my home internet. Phone came nicely packaged minimal instructions. The only thing that wasn't clarified was that the phone does not come with a wall charger but you have to purchase separately for $20 or more. Shopping elsewhere I did find one cheaper with the Samsung brand name on it. As far as the phone itself it's a really nice phone looking nice design although without some kind of case or covering it is very slippery. With the above mentioned I would more than likely give the rating a four-star rating but now comes the two star rating explanation. Although the phone is rather quick in response with the processor and the extended memory does help, the other faults starting with the fingerprint verification process completely sucks. After doing the fingerprint analysis startup, I restarted the phone went to use the fingerprint verification and that failed after 10 attempts I guess. Fortunately the backup password did hold and I was able to unlock the phone to use it. I tried resetting the fingerprint verification process only to have it fail again upon restarting the phone and sign into it with the fingerprint verification. Needless to say I gave up on that security measurement. The next thing is trying to navigate through the phone with the finger touch to whatever icon or category that you're trying to reach, tends to jump or roll if you don't tap exactly on the icon or category. A few times I had to chase the icon I was trying to tap on because the page would scroll up and down slightly. And there's no sensitivity setting that I could find to resolve this issue. I guess the final unsatisfied reasons would be that after having your phone for less than a week I've noticed cracks in the screen around the edges. These would have to be pressure cracks around the casing because of the phone has not been dropped. Although I have not purchased a casing for the phone yet I truly didn't anticipate having slightly small cracks in the screen from carrying the phone around in my pocket. Highly suggested to purchase the insurance plan. And finally the battery doesn't seem to be as long lasting as described. Although the fast charging and supercharging is very nice in my opinion the battery does not last as long as it should be lasting from the descriptions. Overall it's a good phone but it does have its faults unfortunately the faults are what make the phone unsatisfactory for myself.
