I felt misled by your customer service representative they never told me I had to pay for the phone they said the phone was $0 and just had to pay tax now I don't know what's going on can I cancel the phone service I set up if I haven't switched my number yet I don't feel secure at all

This is the WORST CELL EVER! I am extremely disappointed an this Galaxy. Phone freezes, is SLOW, downloads slow, and I regret I ever purchased it!!! I am planning to purchase a REVVL, as I owned one previously, and my husband has one now. My old REVVL 4 was a much better phone than this Galaxy is, as far as my needs and expectations in a cell! Will not purchase a Galaxy again!!!

Very good phone for daily use but for some reason mine runs very good on call of duty mobile and more fps games but my mom's phone run very slow and it's the same phone.

HORRIBLE!!

Im a fan of Samsung android phones, but this model has me reconsidering. Thee worst phone I've ever had, and its only been 3 days! The camera is horrible It over heats! Im unable to listen to music and browse other apps without distortion RCS chats/messages is inconsistent!

Insanely slow, lags. Has a really hard time switching between apps. I often lose progress. Wish I never got this phone cause now I'm stuck with it.

Definitely not recommended

Phone is extremely slow. I purchased 3 phones, the 25 ultra, 25 plus and this a16. I hate how every action it has to think about if it wants to perform it. Feels good in hand though.
