Got this device on preorder. Love it!!! Also it's about time T-Mobile offers the 512GB version. Definitely a huge upgrade over my Pixel 6 Pro.
Next time I'll will buy it off of the Google store. I could have gotten a better trade-in price plus getting store credit.

Great phone, but

I got it about a week ago. Everything about this phone is great: charges fast, beautiful high resolution screen, the feel, holds charge more than a day,etc. So far my only coplaint about it is that it gets warm and sometimes hot under normal usage. I'm talking about reading mail, doing searches, reading the news, etc. No streaming or playing games. This is disconserning given that it's a $1200 phone. For that I'm taking off two stars.

Best pixel yet!

Is this the first time I ever got a pre-order on a phone, normally I would wait for the reviews but I just knew this one was going to be worth. I have to say I'm very pleased with the results! I've had the pixel 1, 3, and 7. This is the biggest jump I've ever seen for the pixel lineup. They finally added more hardware tech since the software has already been unmatched in the Android ecosystem. One of the things I was looking forward to the most was battery life and man. Does this thing compete. I'm finishing up my day with still 50% battery life. So if you are wondering if you should upgrade to this phone or maybe the smaller model do it!!

Ive owned every iPhone up until iPhone 13 mini. In between I've switched to pixels for a couple a months but felt there was something missing and always ended up going back to iPhone. Then Samsung. Never been a big fan of big phones but this year I was anxiously waiting for the pixel 9 pro xl release and jumped ship but wow. What a phone . Google has finally nailed it after all these years . This phone is a beast. Design, software is just perfect. A must have.

LOVED the phone, but one of THE MOST essential and *basic* qualifications of a phone it failed- it would NOT connect to my car for Bluetooth, and even the Android Auto would not run audio. If you Google this issue you will see it has been hit or miss since the 8. I tried every hack out there via videos, Reddit, etc... I tried calling Google more than once and could never get anyone on the phone to help me. To their credit, T-Mobile *did* try... but to no avail. Sadly, I lost out money on cases, on my refund, and on both a screen protector and lens protector. I still miss this phone because it was AMAZING... but I just can't chance going through this again when it is such a well known an issue and has been for awhile.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Premium looks and functions at a reasonable price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This latest entry in the Pixel lineup by Google is a huge upgrade from where they started. The phone feels and looks premium with the best nods towards iPhone and Samsung - it combines the best of competitor designs. There's an impressive battery life. I've left this thing unplugged and unused for 3 days straight. The price point of this model is modest when compared to its specs. If you like crisp photography, AI features, a great battery life, and a sleek design, this model is worth considering. I don't love the Google OS, and I find the closing of apps clunky and confusing coming from a Samsung, but that's my only real criticism. I'd be interested in seeing how this holds up in a year or two.
