Trading in is as easy with
ship kit.

Your ship kit includes everything you need, so don’t worry. But here’s what to expect:

1. Don’t worry, you won’t be without a phone
   The first thing we’ll do is ship your new device! We’ll also send a trade-in ship kit with prepaid shipping and instructions.
   


2. Sit back, relax, and transfer your data
   Transferring your data from the old device to the new one isn’t hard. It just takes a little time. Learn how
   


3. Turn off Find My iPhone
   For iPhone users this is necessary to reset your trade-in device or we can’t user it—and you won’t get the value for it. Learn how
   


4. You have 30 days to send in your trade-in
   Once we receive your device and verify its condition, we’ll confirm your trade-in is final.

Bring your trade-in to a store location and we’ll handle it.

1. Want to save time? Do a little prep in advance
   Back up your device and turn off Find My iPhone before you go to the store to save time.

2. Come on in to a T-Mobile store near you
   Once your new device has shipped, come to a T-Mobile store within 30 days.
   


3. Remember to bring both your devices
   We can help set up your new device and take care of your trade-in.
