JUMP! is part of Protection 360™, which includes upgrade benefits and device protection. Upgrade: With JUMP!, you can upgrade to a new device once you've paid off 50% of your current device cost. Device protection: Protection 360™ also provides comprehensive protection against loss, theft, accidental damage, and mechanical breakdown. You have Protection 360™ and an active device installment plan, so you're automatically eligible for JUMP!

Yearly Upgrade: Qualifying service plan required with financed device and trade-in of an eligible device in good working order required. Pay 50% of your device cost to be eligible for upgrades and own your phone for at least 6 months on an active Equipment Installment Plan. Offer may not be available in all locations. Device pricing may vary based on approved credit.
Available only for qualifying new financed devices purchased on Go5G Next plan; existing devices are not eligible. Upgrade qualifying device after owning the device for at least 6 months and when 50% of device cost has been paid. Trade-in device must be in good working order. You must be current with your scheduled financing and wireless service payments. Upgrading ends current financing and any device promotion or deposit reimbursement credits and we will pay the remaining balance of your then-existing finance agreement; trade-in satisfies early upgrade and not valued separately. Not combinable with some offers (e.g. JUMP). Upgrade benefit is subject to cancellation or change.

JUMP! Upgrades
JUMP! is type of upgrade which allows you to simply trade in your eligible device and T-Mobile will cover your remaining device payments, for up to half the cost of your current device. JUMP! is part of Protection<360>® featuring AppleCare® Services on eligible devices in case your device is lost, accidentally damaged, stolen, or has hardware issues after the manufacturer's warranty has expired; and McAfee® Security for T-Mobile with ID Protection to secure your data.
Interested in a device promotion?
After selecting the device from your account that you want to replace or upgrade, you might be presented with a promotion providing the option to pay off your EIP (Equipment Installment Plan), and trade in your current device for credit toward a new device. If you take advantage of the promo, you will lose your JUMP! benefit.
