Changes to the way your lines are discounted will be made during your next billing cycle to make it easier to self-service your account and take advantage of everything T-Mobile has to offer like plan and device promotion eligibility, device financing, and T-Mobile Home Internet. You will no longer need to email Special Account Care for your account needs.

What to expect
With this update, there may be a change to your T-Mobile bill. For more information, log in to your T-Mobile account after your next bill cycle closes to view bill updates.
- Log into T-Life or My T-Mobile.com.
- Select View bill.
- Select the Download PDF button to get the summary or detailed bill.

- Access to device orders, promotions and financing
- Access to Self-Service including T-Life and Primary Account Holder eligibility
- Access to T-Mobile Home Internet
- Eligible to have more than five lines of service
- 20% discount on voice lines, up to a maximum of 12 voice lines on eligible plans
- No need to contact Special Account Care to activate, add, or cancel lines
Get started
- Download the T-Life app.
- Set up your T-Mobile ID if you do not already have one.
- Designate your primary account holder and set online permissions.
- Review your plans and services.
- Review promotions you may be eligible.
