T-Life is the all-in-one app designed to simplify your T-Mobile experience. Whether you’re managing your account, shopping the latest devices, or unlocking exclusive T-Mobile perks, T-Life puts everything you need in one place so you can stay connected, stay informed, and get the most out of being a T-Mobile customer. Find out more.
T-Life is designed for devices running Android 11 / Apple iOS 16 or higher.
Getting started
- Download and install the T-Life app.
- Open the T-Life app. If prompted, sign in with your T-Mobile ID.
- Review and agree to the terms & conditions.
- Agree to the Notification and Location permissions for the app.
Use the app
Choose one of the features below for steps!
- Account Management to manage your plan, features, and services
- T-Mobile Tuesdays to see and redeem your offers
- SyncUP KIDS Watch to keep your family safe
- SyncUP DRIVE to find your vehicle
- SyncUP TRACKER to track your belongings
- Scam Shield to protect yourself
Settings & support
Notification Permissions
- From the Home tab, select the Manage tab.
- Choose the settings (gear) icon.
- Select Push Notifications.
- Select Tuesdays and Magenta Status.
- Switch the toggle on to "Allow Notifications."
Location Permissions
- From the Home tab, select the Manage tab.
- Choose the settings (gear) icon.
- Select Settings on Android or Update on iOS devices next to Location access.
- Choose OK to open the phone’s location settings.
- Select the desired location permissions. Always allowed is preferred.
Change Language
- From the Home tab, select the Manage tab.
- Choose the settings (gear) icon.
- Select the switch next to App Language to change between English & Spanish.
Edit Name or Birthday
- From the Home tab, select the Manage tab.
- Choose the settings (gear) icon.
- Select Profile.
- Edit the desired field.
Edit Profile Picture
- From the Home tab, select the Manage tab.
- Choose the settings (gear) icon.
- Select Profile.
- Choose the edit icon next to the profile picture & select one of the following:
- Take a photo (requires Camera access)
- Select a photo (requires Photos access)
- Select Avatar
- Close
- Select Save after making the desired changes.
Quick Tour
- From the Home tab, select the Manage tab.
- Choose the settings (gear) icon.
- Select Help > Quick Tours > T-Life.
Customer Support
- From the Home tab, select the Manage tab.
- Choose the settings (gear) icon.
- Select Help > Customer support.
Report issue
- With the T-Life app open to issue, shake your device.
- Select Report an issue.
- Select the category of the issue or choose T-Life for issues not listed.
- Type in your email address and a description of your issue.
- Select the send icon to submit.
