Getting started

Download on the App Store icon.Get it on Google Play

Scan the QR code to download T-Life.

  1. Download and install the T-Life app.
  2. Open the T-Life app. If prompted, sign in with your T-Mobile ID
  3. Review and agree to the terms & conditions.
  4. Agree to the Notification and Location permissions for the app.

Settings & support

 

Notification Permissions

 
  1. From the Home tab, select the Manage tab.
  2. Choose the settings (gear) icon.
  3. Select Push Notifications.
  4. Select Tuesdays and Magenta Status.
  5. Switch the toggle on to "Allow Notifications."
 

Location Permissions

 
  1. From the Home tab, select the Manage tab.
  2. Choose the settings (gear) icon.
  3. Select Settings on Android or Update on iOS devices next to Location access.
  4. Choose OK to open the phone’s location settings.
  5. Select the desired location permissions. Always allowed is preferred.
 

Change Language

 
  1. From the Home tab, select the Manage tab.
  2. Choose the settings (gear) icon.
  3. Select the switch next to App Language to change between English & Spanish.
 

Edit Name or Birthday

 
  1. From the Home tab, select the Manage tab.
  2. Choose the settings (gear) icon.
  3. Select Profile.
  4. Edit the desired field.
 

Edit Profile Picture

 
  1. From the Home tab, select the Manage tab.
  2. Choose the settings (gear) icon.
  3. Select Profile.
  4. Choose the edit icon next to the profile picture & select one of the following:
    • Take a photo (requires Camera access)
    • Select a photo (requires Photos access)
    • Select Avatar
    • Close
  5. Select Save after making the desired changes.
 

Quick Tour

 
  1. From the Home tab, select the Manage tab.
  2. Choose the settings (gear) icon.
  3. Select Help > Quick Tours > T-Life.
 

Customer Support

 
  1. From the Home tab, select the Manage tab.
  2. Choose the settings (gear) icon.
  3. Select HelpCustomer support.
 

Report issue

 
  1. With the T-Life app open to issue, shake your device.
  2. Select Report an issue.
  3. Select the category of the issue or choose T-Life for issues not listed.
  4. Type in your email address and a description of your issue.
  5. Select the send icon to submit.
