Download on the App Store icon. Get it on Google Play icon

What you need to use it

  • A T-Mobile account.
  • A T-Mobile branded phone with the latest software:
    • Android 9 or newer.
    • Apple iOS 16 or newer.
    • If your device isn’t supported, use T-Mobile.com to access your account online.

Log in to your T-Mobile account

If you use a VPN or VPN app, turn it off while you get set up.

Log in for the first time

  1. In most situations, you'll automatically be logged in when you open the app.
  2. If not, enter your T-Mobile ID & password to log in.
    • If you do not have a T-Mobile ID, choose Get a T-Mobile ID.
    • Dual SIM with eSIM devices, like the iPhone Xs, will prompt you to log into whichever line you’re currently accessing data with.
  3. You will be taken to the Home page of the app.

Log in with face or fingerprint

Enable biometric settings on your device such as Face ID or fingerprint to access the T-Mobile app without memorizing a password.

  1. When logging in with your T-Mobile ID, select the switch to enable your biometric security.
  2. If you're already logged in, select the Manage tab and choose the Gear icon to log out.
  3. Android devices only: Next, Set up biometric verification on your account!

Log in with a different T-Mobile ID

If you have a Dual SIM with eSIM device, like the iPhone Xs, you might need the steps to switch between T-Mobile IDs. However, we recommend you link all your numbers to the same T-Mobile ID so you don’t have to switch back and forth.

  1. Select the Manage tab and choose the Gear icon
  2. Select Log out of T-Mobile ID.
  3. When you try to log back in, select Not me?.
  4. Enter the different T-Mobile ID and password, then choose Log in.
