1. Download and install the T-Life app.
2. Open the T-Life app. If prompted, sign in with your [T-Mobile ID](https://www.t-mobile.com/support/account/set-up-and-manage-your-t-mobile-id).
3. Review and agree to the terms & conditions.
4. Agree to the Notification and Location permissions for the app.

### Notification Permissions
1. From the __Home__ tab, select the __Manage__ tab.
2. Choose the __settings__ (gear) icon.
3. Select __Push Notifications__.
4. Select Tuesdays and Magenta Status.
5. Switch the toggle on to "Allow Notifications."
### Location Permissions
1. From the Home tab, select the __Manage__ tab.
2. Choose the __settings__ (gear) icon.
3. Select __Settings__ on Android or __Update__ on iOS devices next to Location access.
4. Choose __OK__ to open the phone’s location settings.
5. Select the desired location permissions. Always allowed is preferred.
### Change Language
1. From the Home tab, select the __Manage__ tab.
2. Choose the __settings__ (gear) icon.
3. Select the switch next to __App Language__ to change between __English__ & __Spanish__.
### Edit Profile
1. From the Home tab, select the __Manage__ tab.
2. Choose the __settings__ (gear) icon.
3. Select __Profile__.
4. Choose a field to edit it, like your name or addresses.
### Quick Tour
1. From the Home tab, select the __Manage__ tab.
2. Choose the __settings__ (gear) icon.
3. Select __Help__ > __Quick Tours__ > __T-Life__.
### Customer Support
1. From the Home tab, select the __Manage__ tab.
2. Choose the __settings__ (gear) icon.
3. Select __Help__ > __Customer support.__
### Report issue
1. With the T-Life app open to issue, shake your device.
2. Select __Report an issue__.
3. Select the category of the issue or choose __T-Life__ for issues not listed.
4. Type in your email address and a description of your issue.
5. Select the __send__ icon to submit.
