This phone is phenomenal. Great for gaming as well the 120 refresh rate is amazing Im utilizing it on Call of Duty and Xbox Gamepass. Definitely great gaming phone. lucky enough to work in an area with 5G its awesome but definitely have a charging cable BTW charges quick. Battery life is completely up to the user and the demand you put on it. Regardless its great. Camera does everything I need and more since we just had my son I've been taking lots of pictures and there great. Coming from someone thats been team iPhone for the last 5 yrs take the Leap!! There's a learning curve but its amazing after you get used to it.

Upgrade - worth it or not?

I upgraded from note10 plus 256gb to note20 ultra 512gb and is it worth it? The answer is no given the $$$++ including taxes and all. I'm honestly thinking of returning it with the caveat of restocking fee $++ and higher. Here are the pros and cons; Pros: impressive camera, faster/smooth processor, beautiful phone design, very responsive stylus Cons: too expensive, heavy weight, inconsistent volume, no earphones included If you have extra money, upgrade now! Otherwise, keep your note 10 plus and patiently wait next year. Nothing special on this year note or perhaps I was expecting too much.

WORST SAMSUNG I HAVE OWNED!

The first 14 days was wonderful, no issues. After the 14 days where I couldn't exchange is when I started having major issues. It started where the battery would go from 100% to 24% in a hour without being touched. Had multiple people look at the phone and they were shocked just as much as myself, so we did a warranty exchange. Once I got the warranty exchange phone I didn't have any service when on the 5G network. That was fine, I didn't need 5G, however then I stopped getting service altogether. I have done multiple sim swaps and same issues. I am now making a change because this phone is just unusable. I don't recommend it.

This phone is great! It has MST, a HUGE plus and an SD card slot. Why remove the few things that make Samsung so popular? Because Samsung WANTS to lose all its customers... TO APPLE. Hopefully Samsung REMEMBERS what the Note Series has always been about- us Long living Note users do, and we don't like what they are doing. The Note 10+ is really the best "newer" phone that has good specs etc. But still misses the basics. Shame on Samsung for removing MST, Headphone Jack and SD slot in the newest phones. The Note 20 Ultra is the LAST Note to have MST. Including the Fold & Flip 3, for HOW MUCH? With LESS FEATURES... Great.

I've been a iPhone user since iPhone 3. I tried to get into the s8 a couple years ago and that didn't work out. I laster maybe 3 months before I upgraded back to iPhone. I had the iPhone 11 pro max and I decided to change it up and go for the note 20 after a lot of research. Its the best phone I've ever had in my life. I never had so many features in my life! The stylus was a major factor into me getting this phone, and the S pen is amazing so far. I love being able to pair up to my samsung tv and feeling like I have a mini laptop in my hands. I got the bronze color but its honestly a rose gold/pink to me and its BEAUTIFUL. The screen is bigger than my iPhone pro max and I love that! I have huge hands so I can't deal with smaller phones. So far 10/10!

I bought this a little while back and after some time using it, I will say that Samsung definitely created one of, if not the most premium feeling phones this year. The specs alone speak for themselves, and the OneUI 2.5 (soon to be 3.0 this coming January) is fantastic. If there was any caveat to the Note 20 Ultra, it'd be the mediocre battery life. Thankfully, the more you use the phone, the better it gets at adapting the battery performance to your use case. Even with that, it is just alright in that regard. There are a lot of features that can make up for this downside, not even counting the S Pen. Overall, if you have enough cash lying around and are looking for a top of the line phone experience, I'd pick this one up.

Great phone with useable features

I preordered the phone when it was announced and impressed with the build quality, camera and functionality. The Snapdragon processor is responsive, the adaptive display is sharp and all of the actions are smooth thanks to the 120hz refresh rate (at HD not QHD sadly). But regardless, I'm enjoying the usage experience. The only quibble I have with the phone itself is the color. I ordered mystic bronze and expected that it would be closer to a copper color than rose gold, but it's definitely WAY more pink in direct light than bronze. It doesn't affect the phone and I'm sure there are many users that like the color, I just wish I would have known and that the other colors came in the matte finish as well. (the matte finish is amazing and repels finger prints like you wouldn't believe).
