We’re always working to ensure you have a great network experience. If you got a message about planned maintenance, it means we’re doing some routine work on the tower you use most. Though most customers shouldn’t notice anything, there’s a chance this work may temporarily impact your service. Any impacts should last for a brief time within the maintenance window provided in the message.

What should I do?

If you’re connected to Wi-Fi, turn on Wi-Fi Calling for all your calling and texting needs.
