Got a message about planned network maintenance? Find out more below.

What's going on?

We’re always working to ensure you have a great network experience. If you got a message about planned maintenance, it means we’re doing some routine work on the tower you use most. Though most customers shouldn’t notice anything, there’s a chance this work may temporarily impact your service. Any impacts should last for a brief time within the maintenance window provided in the message.

What should I do?

If you’re connected to Wi-Fi, turn on Wi-Fi Calling for all your calling and texting needs.

There’s nothing else you need to do; we just want you to be aware. We’ll let you know once the maintenance period is complete, usually within two days. We’ll also let you know if this work takes longer than expected. Thanks for your patience as we conduct this routine maintenance.
