The Web Gateway User Interface (GUI) provides access to the Gateway status and allows you to change the settings. You can also use the T-Mobile Home Internet app for the simplest way to manage the gateway.

Access the Web GUI

You must disconnect active VPN sessions to connect and log in.

  1. Power on your gateway and connect to it over Ethernet or Wi-Fi. For steps, check out Getting Started with T-Mobile Home Internet.
  2. Open a web browser and visit


Home Screen

The Home screen contains five sections: internet connection status, connection quality of cellular signal strength, gateway information, and the QR code of the T-Mobile Internet mobile app.

  • Connection status: shows the network status of the connected devices, the gateway, and the cellular network connection
  • Connection quality: cellular strength is represented by the number of bars
  • Gateway information
    • Firmware version
    • Serial number
    • Running time: how long it’s been since the gateway was restarted last
  • Mobile app: scan the QR code with your smartphone for the easiest setup experience


Wi-Fi Networks

To configure your T-Mobile gateway with a single Wi-Fi network or two separate W-Fi networks, use the T-Mobile Home Internet app
