The Web Gateway User Interface (GUI) provides access to the Gateway status and allows you to change the settings. You can also use the T-Mobile Home Internet app for the simplest way to manage the gateway.

Access the Web GUI
You must disconnect active VPN sessions to connect and log in.
- Power on your gateway and connect to it over Ethernet or Wi-Fi. For steps, check out Getting Started with T-Mobile Home Internet.
- Open a web browser and visit http://192.168.12.1
Home Screen
The Home screen contains five sections: internet connection status, connection quality of cellular signal strength, gateway information, and the QR code of the T-Mobile Internet mobile app.
- Connection status: shows the network status of the connected devices, the gateway, and the cellular network connection
- Connection quality: cellular strength is represented by the number of bars
- Gateway information
- Firmware version
- Serial number
- Running time: how long it’s been since the gateway was restarted last
- Mobile app: scan the QR code with your smartphone for the easiest setup experience
Wi-Fi Networks
To configure your T-Mobile gateway with a single Wi-Fi network or two separate W-Fi networks, use the T-Mobile Home Internet app.
