  • It depends on the specific Mesh Wi-Fi system you're using. Some systems require you to use their specific router, while others allow you to use your existing router or replace an existing router’s Wi-Fi network. You should check the product specifications before purchasing a Mesh Wi-Fi system to see if your existing router is compatible.

    With the T-Mobile All-In Home Internet plan, the T-Mobile Wi-Fi Mesh Access Point is optimized for, and only compatible with, select T-Mobile 5G Gateways.

  • The T-Mobile Wi-Fi Mesh Access Point, along with the 5G gateway, will cover the needs of most homes, up to 4700 sq. ft in coverage. Depending on building materials, layout or size, some homes may need an additional unit. Use the T Life app for guided assistance setting up your 5G Gateway and Mesh Access Point in the ideal location. If after using the guided setup you still need additional Wi-Fi coverage, call 1-877-920-5425 to get an additional unit.

  • Advanced Cyber Security goes beyond the standard security protections included for all 5G Internet users. With Advanced Cyber Security, customers get proactive monitoring, which helps block threats on your home network and connected devices, preventing cybercriminals from infecting your devices with malware, ransomware and viruses. It also helps protect your home Wi-Fi connected devices from malicious activities, potential threats and invasion — all of which is easily managed through the T-Life app.

  • Advanced Cyber Security can be managed in the T-Life app.

    Make sure to log in with T-Mobile ID. You may need to update your Gateway firmware the first round. Make sure your T-Life app is updated to the latest version in the Apple app store or Google play store.

  • There are 4 types of Advanced Cyber Security threats:

    1. Safe browsing helps prevent you from accessing malicious links and landing on risky websites that are known to infect your devices with viruses, ransomware or malware. It helps protect your network, devices and users from phishing attempts for your personal information.
    2. Malicious traffic protection helps prevent your devices from interacting with an IP address that’s known for malicious activities.
    3. Anomaly Detection can recognize when your connected home devices are exhibiting irregular network traffic patterns and suspicious behaviors and automatically blocks that network traffic and cuts off access, deterring cybercriminals from accessing your security cameras and IoT devices.
    4. Botnet prevention provides a second layer of protection against cybercriminals from utilizing your devices to participate in malicious activities across the internet, which could slow down your home network.

  • If you don’t currently have a Hulu account, you’ll need to create one when you redeem this offer. Hulu ON US for All-In Home Internet customers is available for new or returning Hulu customers.

  • If you have an existing Hulu subscription billed through a third party or directly from Hulu, you’ll need to manage your subscription before you can redeem this offer.

    Once your Hulu subscription becomes inactive (you'll see the exact date on your Hulu Account page), you are ready to redeem Hulu ON US for Internet.

  • Login to your T-Mobile account in the T-Life app (iOS or Android). Select Manage Tab -> See plans -> Manage Add-ons, then scroll down to select Hulu (With Ads) ON US to add it to your account and click “continue”. From here you will be prompted to complete the redemption through Hulu.
