View your bill, manage billing preferences, and check usage in your T-Mobile for Business Account Hub portal. To make a payment, visit the Account hub payments page.

 

Download a PDF bill

  1. Log in to Account Hub.
  2. Go to Billing. If you have multiple accounts, select the desired account.
  3. On the Statements tab, select the magenta download icon for the statement you would like to download. The Download a Statement (PDF file) window appears.
  4. Choose a statement type (Summary or Detailed) and select Download.
    • Bill summary requests can take up to 2 hours to download.
    • Detailed bill requests can take up to 12 hours to download.

 

Billing settings

Enroll in paperless billing

  1. Log in to Account Hub.
  2. Go to Billing. If you have multiple accounts, select the desired account.
  3. Go to the Settings tab.
  4. Select Bill Delivery.
  5. Select Go green! Enroll in paperless billing.
  6. Enter your email address, then select Enroll.
  7. Select DONE.

Turn off paperless billing

  1. Log in to Account Hub.
  2. Go to Billing. If you have multiple accounts, select the desired account.
  3. Go to the Settings tab.
  4. Select Bill Delivery.
  5. Select Send Paper Bill to:
  6. Enter your complete mailing address, then select Enroll
  7. On the confirmation window, select Yes, unenroll
  8. Select DONE.

Billing Address

  1. Log in to Account Hub.
  2. Go to Billing. If you have multiple accounts, select the desired account.
  3. Go to the Settings tab.
  4. Select Bill Address.
  5. Select Edit, enter your address, then select Save.

 

View usage & Out-of-Plan charges

  1. Log in to Account Hub.
  2. Go to Billing. If you have multiple accounts, select the desired account.
  3. Go to the Usage tab. View the current and last three billing period details.
    • BILLING PERIOD
    • TALK TIME
    • TEXT
    • DATA USED
    • OUT-OF-PLAN CHARGES
  4. Select a billing period to view charges by line.
