View your bill, manage billing preferences, and check usage in your T-Mobile for Business Account Hub portal. To make a payment, visit the Account hub payments page.
Download a PDF bill
- Log in to Account Hub.
- Go to Billing. If you have multiple accounts, select the desired account.
- On the Statements tab, select the magenta download icon for the statement you would like to download. The Download a Statement (PDF file) window appears.
- Choose a statement type (Summary or Detailed) and select Download.
- Bill summary requests can take up to 2 hours to download.
- Detailed bill requests can take up to 12 hours to download.
Billing settings
Enroll in paperless billing
- Log in to Account Hub.
- Go to Billing. If you have multiple accounts, select the desired account.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Select Bill Delivery.
- Select Go green! Enroll in paperless billing.
- Enter your email address, then select Enroll.
- Select DONE.
Turn off paperless billing
- Log in to Account Hub.
- Go to Billing. If you have multiple accounts, select the desired account.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Select Bill Delivery.
- Select Send Paper Bill to:.
- Enter your complete mailing address, then select Enroll.
- On the confirmation window, select Yes, unenroll.
- Select DONE.
Billing Address
- Log in to Account Hub.
- Go to Billing. If you have multiple accounts, select the desired account.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Select Bill Address.
- Select Edit, enter your address, then select Save.
View usage & Out-of-Plan charges
- Log in to Account Hub.
- Go to Billing. If you have multiple accounts, select the desired account.
- Go to the Usage tab. View the current and last three billing period details.
- BILLING PERIOD
- TALK TIME
- TEXT
- DATA USED
- OUT-OF-PLAN CHARGES
- Select a billing period to view charges by line.
