Important information about your T-Mobile for Business bill.

For the first time in nearly a decade, we’re making price changes on some of our rate plans.

Starting on your June or July bill, your voice plan will increase by $5.00/line per month.

Even with these changes, T-Mobile for Business customers still pay less, saving an average of approximately 15% vs. AT&T and Verizon for comparable services and streaming.

You’ll keep all the benefits you currently enjoy, including access to America’s largest and fastest 5G network, and no further action is needed from you.

If you received a notification from us, your rate plan price is going to have an adjustment. T-Mobile for Business remains committed to offering the best value in wireless with low prices and a best-in-class 5G network.

  • No. You’ll keep all the same services and benefits you currently enjoy, and you’ll continue to receive the promotional recurring device credits already in place for any of your equipment installment plans. Additionally, any free line promotions you have will not be impacted.

  • Yes, your designated account administrator is welcome to switch plans at any time. This includes our newest plans packed with even more benefits and value.

  • Depending on your bill cycle, your new price will be reflected on your June or July bill. These changes will also be explained in a bill message on that bill.

  • Once the price increase goes into effect, you can find a summary of these changes on your bill.
