Take these steps to update or delete your monthly payment method. Keep in mind, a temporary $79 soft authorization is placed on your new card for validation purposes only.


Change your monthly payment method

  1. Log in to your Customer Portal.
  2. Select ACCOUNT.
  3. Scroll to Payment Options.
  4. Choose Add Payment Method.
  5. Enter your new credit or debit card information.
  6. To set a new card as default, hover over the card information and select Set as Default.


Delete a stored payment method

To delete a payment method, select Delete next to the card you wish to delete. You'll need to keep at least one card on your account at all times.
