What is the 4 months of Pandora Premium On Us offer?

Starting April 13, 2023, active T-Mobile wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile for Business or Home Internet (without wireless service) customers on an eligible rate plan can claim 4 months of Pandora Premium On Us, just for being a customer on an eligible rate plan. Eligible customers receive the first 4 months free of the Pandora Premium plan. Limit one per T-Mobile account.

  • If you are a T-Mobile wireless customer, after the offer period, your Pandora subscription will automatically renew, and you will then be billed the then-current rate (currently $9.99 plus tax on applicable plan) per month to your T-Mobile bill unless you cancel your subscription. You can cancel anytime.
  • If you are a Sprint, T-Mobile for Business or Home Internet (without wireless service), after the offer period, your Pandora subscription will automatically renew, and you will then be billed the then-current rate (currently $9.99 per month plus tax or $109.89 annually plus tax, depending on subscription plan selected at time of redemption) per month to your payment method on file with Pandora until you cancel subscription. You can cancel anytime.

I am a T-Mobile for Business customer, am I eligible?

What happens to my Pandora subscription after the 4-month offer period?

After your 4-month offer period, you will be automatically charged the then-current Pandora Premium plan monthly rate if you do not cancel prior to the end of your offer period.

  • If you are a T-Mobile postpaid wireless customer, you will automatically be charged the then-current Pandora Premium rate (currently $9.99 plus tax on applicable plan) per month on your T-Mobile bill if you do not cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date at the end of your offer period. You will receive a notification as you get closer to your offer period ending as a reminder.
  • If you are a T-Mobile for Business, T-Mobile Home Internet (without wireless service), or Sprint customer, you will be automatically billed directly by Pandora and the payment method on file with Pandora will be charged the then-current Pandora Premium rate (currently $9.99 per month plus tax or $109.89 annually plus tax, if annual plan is selected if you do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance of renewal date at the end of your offer period. Pandora Offer Terms and Subscription Terms apply. Pandora will send a reminder alerting you of your upcoming offer period expiring. 

How does this offer work if I have an existing active Pandora account?

If you are a T-Mobile postpaid wireless customer, this offer is only available for new Pandora subscriptions or customers on a Pandora Free (ad-supported) plan. Your current plan will be upgraded to Pandora Premium and T-Mobile billing will take over. This offer is only available for an individual Pandora Premium plan.

If you are a Sprint, T-Mobile for Business or Home Internet (without wireless service), you are not eligible to receive 4 months of Pandora Premium On Us with your current account.

I have an active Pandora Free (ad-supported) account. How will 4 months of Pandora Premium On Us work for me?

  • If you are a T-Mobile postpaid wireless customer, once you redeem the 4 months of Pandora Premium On Us, your current plan will be upgraded to Pandora Premium and T-Mobile billing will take over.
  • If you are a T-Mobile for Business, T-Mobile Home Internet (without wireless service), or Sprint customer with any existing active Pandora subscription plan, you are not eligible to receive 4 months of Pandora Premium On Us with your current account.

How long do I have to redeem my offer with Pandora?

Once you've added the offer feature to your T-Mobile account or received your unique offer link via promotions.t-mobile.com/Pandora, it is recommended that you redeem your offer with Pandora as soon as possible.

  • If you do not have an active Pandora account and are a Sprint or Home Internet (without wireless service) customer redeem by:

This offer is not available for existing active Pandora subscribers on a Plus, Premium, Premium Family or Premium Student & Military plan. 

Do I have to provide my credit card information to sign up for 4 months of Pandora Premium On Us?

T-Mobile postpaid wireless customers that redeem by adding the offer to their T-Mobile account will not need to provide credit card information. Once your 4-month offer period ends, you will be billed through your T-Mobile bill. You can cancel anytime.

If you are a Sprint, T-Mobile for Business or Home Internet (without wireless service) customers redeeming via offer link, you are required to enter a payment method to sign up for a Pandora Premium plan that is directly billed by Pandora once your 4 month offer period ends. You can cancel anytime.

Can I combine this offer with other promotions and offers?

The 4 months of Pandora Premium On Us offer can be combined with any of T-Mobile’s service and device promotions as well as all our current streaming and entertainment service offers like Apple TV+, Netflix, ViX Premium, SiriusXM, Philo TV and more!
