Pro installation

If you opted for professional installation when you signed up for TVision, here's how it works.

A professional installation is the best option for you if your modem is further than six feet from your main TV—where the set-top box will be connected, or if there's more than 20 feet between the set-top box and any lite boxes (for additional TVs).

 

About your installation appointment

  • The account holder isn't required to be home during installation, but someone 18 years of age or older must be home.
  • Your technician will bring all TVision equipment on the day of your appointment.
  • Your first month's bill is charged on the day of activation. For pro installations, this is the day of your installation appointment.
  • View your scheduled installation appointment in the Customer Portal.
