Switcher program redemption: T-Mobile for Business

Submit a Keep and Switch claim for your T-Mobile for Business account activation rebate. 

Bring your eligible phone with you with Keep and Switch

T-Mobile reimburses your remaining equipment payment balance when you switch to T-Mobile from select carriers, including Verizon and AT&T. Receive up to $800 per line (up to 5 lines) via prepaid card.

Submit a rebate request

Email the Rebate Care team at [email protected] to submit a reimbursement claim. Include the following details:

  • The email subject line must contain:
    • Account number (BAN)
    • Business name
    • Keep & Switch Rebate Request
    • Example: Account Number | Business Name | Keep & Switch Rebate Request
  •  Provide these additional details in the body of your email: 
    • Screenshot of your device financing details, including: 
      • Phone number
      • Device make/model
      • Equipment payment balance
      • Device financing start date (showing 90 days with prior carrier)
      • Previous carrier
    • Number assigned to new voice line and T-Mobile billing account number, which is located in the shipping email, on the bill, or in Account Hub.
    • Contact name, voice mobile number, and preferred email address for communication with Rebate Care.
    • Name that should appear on the rebate card. This should be an individual's name, not the business's name.
    • Physical mailing address, where the card will be sent (No P.O. Boxes).

 

Carrier Freedom

We'll reimburse your previous eligible wireless carrier's remaining device payment balance and early termination fees when you join T-Mobile and trade in your phone. Get up to $650 per line (up to 2 lines) via Prepaid Mastercard.

Submit a rebate request

  • The email subject line must contain:
    • Account number (BAN)
    • Business name
    • Carrier Freedom Rebate Request
    • Example: Account Number xxxxxxx | Business Name | Carrier Freedom Rebate Request
  •  Provide these additional details in the body of your email: 
    • Screenshot of your early termination fees or device financing details, including: 
      • Phone number
      • Device make/model
      • Equipment payment balance
      • Device financing start date (showing 90 days with prior carrier)
      • Previous carrier
    • Number assigned to new voice line and T-Mobile billing account number, which is located in the shipping email, on the bill, or in Account Hub.
    • Contact name, voice mobile number, and preferred email address for communication with Rebate Care.
    • Name that should appear on the rebate card. This should be an individual's name, not the business's name.

Internet Contract Freedom

T-Mobile reimburses your previous internet service provider's early termination fees when you join T-Mobile Home Internet or Small Business Internet. Lines can receive up to $750 via prepaid card. Restrictions apply.

Submit a rebate request

Email the Rebate Care team at [email protected] to submit a reimbursement claim. Include the following details:

  • The email subject line must contain:
    • Account number (BAN)
    • Business name
    • Internet Contract Freedom Rebate Request
    • Example: Account Number | Business Name | Internet Contract Freedom Rebate Request
  •  Provide these additional details in the body of your email: 
    • Final bill with early termination (ETF) charges
    • Number assigned to new internet line and T-Mobile billing account number, which is located in the shipping email, on the bill, or in Account Hub.
    • Contact name, voice mobile number, and preferred email address for communication with Rebate Care.
    • Name that should appear on the rebate card. This should be an individual's name, not the business's name.
    • Physical mailing address, where the card will be sent (No P.O. Boxes).

 

Processing timeframe

  • Rebate Care may take up to 7 business days to confirm your rebate submission and documentation was received. 
  • Allow 5 weeks to receive your prepaid Mastercard.
  • The Rebate Care team may reply to the email if additional clarification or information is needed.
