  • Just like you would get your groceries delivered same-day, now T-Mobile customers can get their home internet delivered same day — no store visit needed. It’s available in most major cities and expanding to more.

     

    If same-day delivery is available in your area, choose it as the delivery method at checkout in the T-Life app or on T-Mobile.com and pick a delivery window that works for you. A driver will bring your gateway right to your door.

     

    For added security, we’ll provide you a delivery code you’ll need to give to your driver to complete your delivery.

  • Same day delivery is available in most major cities for all devices in stock at an eligible T-Mobile store within 20 miles of your delivery address.

  • If your order hasn’t arrived by the end of your delivery window, check your T-Mobile order status tracker for the latest updates. Delivery delays can happen due to weather, safety, traffic, driver or other uncontrollable issues.

     

    If T-Mobile cannot complete your delivery, the order will be automatically cancelled, and any charges will be refunded.

  • Yes!   

  • Yes! During checkout, you can select an available delivery window that works best for you. 

  • If you miss the delivery, your order will be returned to the T-Mobile store. The order will be automatically canceled, and all charges will be refunded.

  • Someone else can accept your delivery as long as they have the unique delivery code required by the driver at pick up. Without this code, the driver will be unable to complete the delivery and will return the item to T-Mobile.

  • Customers may return products to the store or contact Customer Care to set up a return order.   

  • No, the delivery driver cannot accept trade-in devices. If you purchased Home Internet and a phone with a trade-in, you’ll still need to return your trade-in device separately.

    Please use the return shipping kit provided to mail your device back to T-Mobile or return it to a retail store if eligible.

  • Your delivery code will be available in the delivery emails as well as in the T-Mobile Order Status tracker in T-Life or T-Mobile.com. You can check the status of your order here.

  • Yes, the T-Mobile Order Status tracker will show a map with updates on the driver’s location while they are on the way with your delivery.
