I would recommend contacting TMobile's Home Internet number. It could be a whole number of things.

It could be that your tower was switched to another for maintenance issues or other reasons. It is a good idea to check the TMHI app for your tower ID and see if it’s changed from the one that was giving better service. People should take a “screenshot” of the signal metrics when service is good, and then use that as a basis of comparison when things change. If your tower ID has changed, then it could be helpful for the service rep to know that when you call them.
