I just got T-Mobile internet and after connecting it all up I want to change the factory given password as well asthe name that shows up as my network. Using the I.P. address hasn’t worked. Customer service chat said to go to the “network” page but didnt’ say where that was. I have looked through out the website and app and cannot find where I can login as an admin to make this simple change. I did happen upon a T-Mobile page that said by clicking “here” I would be able to do this, but it’s just a page that shows I’m connected. the past week or so world of tanks constantly loses connection to the server and so has TeamSpeak. both have worked perfectly until recently. anyone else with similar issues lately or a possible solution>? I follow all the informations they send to me for the migration. the 31th of october, i received a mail from T mobile that i have to refilled my prepaid account. I ask to J1simcards what i have to do and they say to don’t do anything. My phone number will migrate today and they will send me informations about that and what i have to do. Today i receive a mail from t mobile which say that my number is canceled ! I can’t use it anymore. I don’t know what to do ? Tmobile support couldn't help with my problem 😂 maybe someone had the same problem, I have home internet 5G (router + external antenna ), honestly the internet is working and very fast, the issue is when ever I am on call via WhatsApp, messenger, Microsoft teams... I regularly lose the other person for 5-6 seconds and then it back to work for 10-20 seconds and again the same all the time. I did change the Sim card, the devices, they updated the settings, I changed location of Antena nothing help. Hey guys, I'm new here... I just got my gateway in yesterday... I must say, I'm highly disappointed and I only wish I researched this further before I ordered it...I've already donemultiple searches on this topic, so I'm not gonna ask the question I've been wanting to ask which was: "Why isn't my connection open NAT?", or "Why can't I port forward?". I've pretty much answered all of those questions myself by simply searching. I have taken it upon myself to call T-mobile's tech support anyways in the event that somehow a miracle is sent my way.... Fortunately for me, a very kind gentleman by the name of Alex, employee number 786457, assured me that they will be fixing the problem within a 48 hour period. I was told there will be some Beta software sent to my unit "possibly". And yes, that was the word used... Not sure how far I can believe that, seeing as how a lot of you are having issues. But anyway, this is my journey. I will post some updates here n there to let y'all know the outcome. Worst case scenario this causes me to vacate the community & the service entirely. Because this is probably one of the largest handicaps any network can have, it's almost like having parental control without it actually being implemented. I recently set up the brand new white tower 5g home internet device. I was playing Call of Duty online and I noticed that randomly everyone would skip for a split second and it keeps happening throughout the game. My ping stays the same which is odd. My average download speed is around 300 and upload around 7-9. I checked to make sure the game servers were not having any issues which they weren’t. Any suggestions as to what is going on?
