Re: How to report (properly) poor/non-existent coverage?
Id recommend hitting tech support (note, they will want you to reboot/reset network settings, reinstall SIM (if you have one) before getting to "advanced" tech support. You will have to give to give them an address (sometimes hard outdoors ), and worse attempt to call them from the location (unless you habe wifi, that won't work). Ensure they file a ticket. Capture the name/date/ticket. They "should" contact you in 3 days. 99% of the time,.you'll get a response of ticket closed and a message about the location being an area where improvement in coverage is needed. This will also come with the typical message of 'TMobile doesn't guarantee coverage anywhere', which. Is a method of avoiding the subject. in many areas, TMobile staff (at their stores) have even mentioned that some coverage (esp rural roaming) may be replaced with Starlink... which will.cost more, and may not work when/where you need it. To get a proper response , a BBB complaint may be needed.104Views1like0Comments- 901Views0likes0Comments
Re: Another increase to their...we won't increase you bill
TMobile cannot be trusted with their own contract. Where they 'guarantee' that the cost of your plan will never go up... then increase the cost, you are being.lied to. Why would anyone put faith into a "one time increase" (their words, not mine) when they couldn't keep their word in the first place.121Views1like0CommentsRe: What Are My Choices For Data Coverage On T-Mobile For Business Data Lines?
That depends on the plan that your business has, or the contract that your business has with TMobile for the employees . eg. im under a corp contract through my employer, and they won't add items like Starlink (too expensive), but have no issues with most international calling or roaming215Views0likes0CommentsRe: T-Mobile 5G Internet SUCKS
I tend to agree. Typical speeds for me have been 800/40 from home Internet. When I use work Cisco VPN, it drops to around 6Mbps or less at times I don't have this issue on Spectrum. I've replaced the gateways more than 5x. Much of the issues started after October 2024 with T-Mobile firmware patches Last month gave 2 1/2 days service outages followed by gateway dropping service last week. Not usable for anything reliable194Views0likes0Comments
