Re: Tower upgrades, but let’s make it take 2 years???
In my case .... no. Tmobile, after years of executive response team has given me various updates from "modernization " to "we're building a tower" (which never happens) to "signal is challenging " to "we hav not interest in building there" and "we've been trying for years, but there are no suitable existing towers that we can build on" (aka. We don't want to build, other carriers use the existing utility poles).34Views0likes0CommentsRe: Ethernet Port Not Working On Hub
You may need a "crossover" cable. While i haven't seen then need for these in a long time, typically lan/wan ports on a switch "back in the day" required a crossover while device endpoints (pcs/devices) were the default. it's been a long time, and most devices handle this36Views0likes0CommentsRe: Tower upgrades, but let’s make it take 2 years???
Tbh, in areas that i travel, TMobile has been literally stating upgrades for 10 years, and still no service. In others they're claiming upgrades 1 month after they completed upgrades, and worst of all, in one area, they removed the tower, stated "modernization ", and no ETA. Its been more than a year.59Views0likes0CommentsRe: 5g home internet svc in TX zip 79546
If you have a white G4AR device, welcome to software update 1.00.12. G4SE has had a similar issue starting in October with a bad patch. I just exchanged my gateway again (4th device in 1 month - 1 was DOA) Vpn traffic appearsnto be capped at around 5Mbps, causing a lot of issues for me. Inow have a 1.00.09 patch, which will probably need another swap before January49Views0likes0CommentsWell... that didn't last very long.
Well... that didn't last very long. After the botched G4SE patch, and needing a replacement (2 actually, 1st was DOA), the G4AR was patched from 1.00.02 to 1.00.09 (speed bump) to 1.00.12 (vpn killer) Speed typically 400-600Mbps on work device, now it has similar until i hit vpn, and watch it max to 5Mbps. When i switch to Spectrum, its 112/11 and with VPN there's effectively no change.146Views0likes1Comment
