"Secure Connection Failed" Error after 1.03.20 Update
I have the G4SE router which had been working pretty well until recently. I like many others had the VPN disconnection issue that was recently fixed with the 1.03.20 firmware update. While this update did fix my VPN disconnection issue, it did introduce a brand new issue. I am able to connect to my VPN, and access my email, and internal company messaging systems like Teams. However, my internet connection is now being blocked from accessing any internal company sites, systems, or shared drivers or folders. I receive the following error message below "Secure Connection Failed" Error Code: PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR "The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified" I have never received this message before with any T-Mobile gateways, and it only occurred after this latest firmware update. I have tried both Wifi, and ethernet connection to the gateway. I have reset the gateway and played with somewindows settings but haven't found a solution. Has anyone else had this problem after this update? Any suggested fixes?
Updating T-Mobile 5G Gateway (G4AR & G4SE)
Does anyone have any Idea how to update the router to myT-Mobile5G Gateway (G4AR & G4SE)? On T-Mobile website, it tells me to Restart it but I’m pretty sure that isn’t going to do anything and I’ve already tried it and didn’t work. I want to update it because the wifi has been continuously disconnecting for every device in the household for no reason

Tmobile support couldn't help with my problem 😂 maybe someone had the same problem, I have home internet 5G (router + external antenna ), honestly the internet is working and very fast, the issue is when ever I am on call via WhatsApp, messenger, Microsoft teams... I regularly lose the other person for 5-6 seconds and then it back to work for 10-20 seconds and again the same all the time. I did change the Sim card, the devices, they updated the settings, I changed location of Antena nothing help. Any advice will be much appreciated
Internet becomes unusable randomly at night around 10pm-2am
So the tmobile home internet works pretty well throughout the day it almost has no issues at all I get decent speeds and ping and can actually use it for internet heavy stuff. But the problem is randomly every single night anywhere between 10pm-2am my internet will basically become unusable my ping will shoot up to 600+ and my download speed below 1mb. it can barely load up a website when it’s like this. it will stay like this for a hour or two and then go back to normal, the problem is this is when I usually get home from work so it sucks it gets like this at the time I want to use it most. Hey everyone, Been struggling with the NAT type issues on my home T-mobileWiFi 5G and my PS4. I just got this and can’t sync up with my friends, let alone play online anymore. Does anyone have a fix for this?! I’m becoming quite desperate and exhausted with this issue and t-mobile tech support doesn’t have an answer.
