T-Mobile Cyber Security
I'm not seeing much posted here about it but this is very well the cause of problems with not being able to connect to certain known common web sites. It caused some similar problems for me. It's easy enough to disable it in the T-Life app to see if it solves your particular connection problem. You can easily turn it back on.
In my case videos in a chat box on another forum didn't appear when connected to my T-Mobile Home internet. I switched off Cyber Security and they instantly appeared. I spent 3 hours the day before trying to solve it.
I hope this helps someone.

I tried the passport site while at work using Chrome (Spectrum Internet) and it worked fine. Then when I got home I gave it a try with T-Mobile using Google Chrome and it didn't connect.
Then I tried Microsoft Edge and it worked fine. Kind of strange but there it is.

My version of T-Life does not have that option on the bottom of the window.

On the Home screen select "Internet" then select "More" , on the bottom of the page is the option to turn Cyber Security off or on.

Can you provide detailed instructions on use of T-Mobile app to disable Cyber Security? I'd like to see if disabling it has any affect on access of "passportstatus.state.gov" website.
