I've noted it in increasing frequency also. At least it tends to resolve rather quickly.  Sometimes I have to restart it manually and sometimes it will restart on its own. Still better than Cox/Comcast.

So to Answer my own question,  after talking with customer support, they said that the were working on a tower and weren't sure when or how long it would be. they also noted it on my account. 👍🤦‍♀️
