Where can I get information on the estimated time for repair for cellular service in Abbeville and Maurice, La?
I’d recommend hitting up T-Mobile on social media (Twitter/Facebook).
Alternatively, T-Mobile app with messaging or 611 (you’ll get offshore support with this one).
Have them file a ticket for a service outage. You may have to go through a painful ‘reboot, insert sim, network refresh’ scripted debug before they file a ticket … or escalate to Advanced Technical support.

This is ridiculous, when will our services be back up? I’m missing work because of this.
