Report a tower outage...
how do I report a tower outage without getting caught in a “move your device around the house” or the dreaded “virtual assistant” please log in or transferring you to the twilight zone waiting for an expert loop?

Virtual assistant is a useless waste of time with no support behind it!

Monday, 9/23/24 All T-Mobile towers covering 29909 and 29910 areas went down all day.
Apparently the cell towers were using a backhaul over the Internet instead of using dedicated circuits. When area ISP (Hargray) went down, it took all T-Mobile coverage down as well. So not only no internet, but no cell and no way to call 911.
Will T-Mobile at least be crediting people in the area for the full day outage?

I would like to report a tower outage at 5801 Technology Blvd Sandston, VA 23150-5016. Since yesterday at 2pm all T-Mobile users do not have any service at this location. Not even LTE. This matter is alarming to me as my child has a life-threatening allergy. I need to be able to be in contact with her. Please look into what is causing this issue. I have never had a problem at this location before now. I have done all trouble shooting steps on the phone and in person at the store. Once leaving the location of this address the phone begins to work, so it must be a tower issue or an issue with this location. Please fix this. Concerned customer. Thank you.
