How to disable sip Alg

Hi,

    I am using a third party voip device HT801 it was working fine .When I switched to Tmobile incoming is okay outgoing is not working what to do?

    Did you get an answer to this?  I'm using Magic Jack and have pretty much the same problem - Incoming calls work great but when I call out, two thirds of the people I call cannot hear me.  I've never had this problem until switching to T-mobile

      I just talked to a T-Mobile technical support rep who told me that they do not support any VOIP except Ooma and they cannot disable SIP ALG to allow Magic Jack calls to work with all connections.
