@chaswest1, are you using the T-Life app? If not, you will need to use it to check and adjust settings like SSID name and passwords.

Would you mind sharing? I have been asked by my PC to check my firewall settings and guess what? There is nothing useful at all showing about the router in either the app or on the web. And, I don't want to call tech support or customer service as the have gotten super irritating with their
"Anything, anything at all you will need help with in the next 7 days that would cause you to call in to T-Mobile?
I was tempted to say, "WAIT! You mean I should be able to see into the future?! I knew that I got screwed in life!" but I decided against it.😂
