This is weird. It’s been over a year since I signed up for TMHI when they emailed me about my address being supported. It’s been running great, but when the new TLife App location address was blank i plugged in my address. Then it tells me my location is not supported and my service may be an issue! Huh? TMHI is the one that said it was and I’m a customer over a year now. What’s going on?RPA14 days agoChannel Chaser109Views0likes0CommentsAdmin password change?

I have tried the ip address via browser but get no id/password prompt. How do I change the admin password?404451602316 days agoNetwork Novice106Views0likes0CommentsManaging Nokia 5G21 Gateway
Hello, I've been using a Nokia5G21 Gateway for about 8 months with very few issues. When I first got it, I was told that I should just leave it on all of the time. I have needed to reboot a few times over the course of 8 months, but I have basically left it on all of the time. My question - is it a good practice to never turn it off unless it needs a reboot? I don't have anything connected to it that would need a 24/7 connection, and it could easily be turned off at night. But is that good for it - constant turning on and off each day? I guess I am conflicted as to which would be the better way to manage the gateway and which would be better for long-term use and the life of the device. I never turn my phone or laptop off for the night, so is treating the gateway the same way best for it? Thanks for any ideas!TNorth19 days agoNewbie Caller77Views0likes0CommentsQuest no longer works with T-Mobile Home Internet
I have a Occulus (T-mobile won't allow the use of the M*** name for some reason) Quest 2 that used to work with T-Mobile Home Internet but doesn't any longer. Looking through this forum and other it seems to be related to the Sagemcom Fast 5688W (dark grey) router with firmware 1.102.5c. Telephone support did not have any way to resolve, but did acknowledge a known issue with Wi-Fi clients repeatedly disconnecting from the router, which is exaclty what I'm experiencing with the Quest. They agreed to ship me another of the exact same router but said it would have the same issue because it's a problem with the hardware. I don't know if anyone else has found a better workaround. I've tried a dedicated 2.4Ghz network just for this device, a static IP, and even another router behind the T-mobile one and none of it works.captainbukko2 months agoNetwork Novice70Views0likes0CommentsMy Q and T-Mobile internet $#!%$
We got the t-mobile internet about a month ago. All our devices are connecting to it EXCEPT the Chamberlain My Q. (Actually, it connected, worked for a couple days, disconnected, connected for a few more days, disconnected, now nothing). After about an hour and 2 phone calls with Chamberlain, when they asked about my router and I told them t-mobile, their response was, "Oh." So, they sent am email with a list of things to check with t-mobile. On with T-mobile for about 30 minutes, the tech couldn't help me, spoke with his supervisor, and came back with, "well, there's nothing we can do. Talk to the manufacturer." I told him that this is not an unknown issue, I am not the first person to have this, nor will I be the last. There are posts going back 4 years and they should know a fix by now! Enough of the finger-pointing! I need a solution! Anyone...anyone???Fireflye2 months agoNetwork Novice233Views0likes2Comments
