How do I receive and make calls when roaming internationally, like contacting T-Mobile Customer Care?

To make a call while you are roaming overseas, whether you’re calling within the country or to a location outside it, simply dial "+" and the country code, the city code (if necessary), and the local number. For example, if you want to reach T-Mobile Customer Care when you’re roaming internationally, dial the plus sign (+) followed by 1-505-998-3793 from your mobile phone. From a landline phone, dial the International Direct Dialing prefix for the country you are in, followed by 1-505-998-3793. T-Mobile will not charge you for the call to Customer Care, but long distance fees may apply if you call from a landline phone.

What happens when I use all my data on the International Pass?

Your unlimited calling is still available until the period ends and you will resume using the roaming speeds based on your current plan. Essentials customers will receive 2G roaming data speeds for the remainder of their pass. We will also send an SMS notification with the option to buy additional International Passes.

How do I purchase a 512MB, 5GB or 15GB International Pass?

Primary account holders and authorized users can get a pass by using your T-Mobile app, logging on to My.T-Mobile.com or following the link in the welcome text message you receive when you enter 215+ countries and destinations. You can also call your Team of Experts before your trip by dialing 611 on your mobile device. The charges for the pass will show up on your next T-Mobile bill. If you would like to add multiple $5 International passes to your account at one time, you must call your Team of Experts.

Additional users on your account can also purchase their own international passes. To purchase a pass for immediate use, these users simply log into the T-Mobile app or My.T-Mobile.com account and use a credit card to purchase an International Pass.

T-Mobile for Business Customers that cannot utilize the T-Mobile app or My.T-Mobile.com to purchase passes, must have an authorized user call Customer Care to have the pass(es) added.

What type of international features can I add to the T-Mobile No Credit Check plan?

You can add Stateside International Talk (SIT) for $15 per month to your plan and get discounted calling rates to landlines in 70+ countries, and unlimited calling and texting to mobile numbers in 30+ countries.
