Samsung UI 7.0 Update
I recently switched to T-Mobile after being with Verizon for 5 years with my S24 Ultra. My phone is unlocked and actively works on the T-Mobile network however I do not have any updates when I check my phones settings. I hit refresh almost every day since the news that the 7.0 UI was released on T-Mobile's network but my phone still has not received it. Looks like the update released around April 23rd or so for T-Mobiles phones. I am stuck on March's Security Patch as well. So has anyone with the S24 Ultra received the UI 7.0 update? If not, does anyone know who I can contact for support or what I have to do on my end to fix this issue? I'm tech savvy so only explanation I can think is since I switched from Verizon a couple of months ago, my phone was not enrolled for OTA updates with T-Mobile.Plants27 minutes agoVisitor18Views0likes3Comments5G Gateway intermittent outage
Should any representative see this , this is a formal complaint about continual disruptions of service and continued rebooting and reconnecting of devices. I've already replaced one gateway and just months into service I am having the same issues. I'm wondering if you , any of you who represent T-Mobile , understand the frustration and annoyance with having not only continual interrupts of service , but having to go though the process of reconnection time after time after time minutes apart from each other. One selling point was being located within less than 50 yards of your cell tower. For a company that claims to be the world leader in cell communications , I expect better. Perhaps less dollars spent on advertising and more on technological advanced and upkeep is due? I have a business internet gateway and I cannot make any changes on my device. Here is the reason, this dmb 5G Gateway now requires the app to make changes but if I try to use the app, I will receive a message saying I have a business account and I need to log in to the HUB, I log in to the HUB, there are no options to manage the gateway. I click on support, it shows only my reps, my reps are clueless on how to resolve this. Can someone look into this? It is crazy what you do to businesses...I have been already trying the ATT gateway, and I will be replacing them all… I am talking about 15 gateways.640Views3likes6CommentsGlobalProtect VPN not working with T-Mobile 5G Home Gateway
I just recewived a new 5G Gateway (Model: TMO-G4SE) a couple of days ago. However, looks like it didn't support GlobalProtect VPN (app version: 6.27-1047). Did anyone have the issue and find any solutions? I need that VPN to work remotely. If the issue couldn't be resolved, it would be a deal breaker for sure.yw20255 hours agoNewbie Caller377Views2likes7CommentsHULU ON US WITH ADS

I went to a TM store yd and she was very helpfull, I had alot of ?s about data roaming since we were just in Aruba for a week. She was very helpful. She said we got 6GB a day while in Aruba, that seems like alot, is the correct? Back to my original question about Hulu, How do I activate or access my free Hulu with ads. I cannot figure it out, do I get a Hulu acct 1st (it seems to want me to sign up for a charged acct when I go to Hulu? The T-Mobile phone signal in my home is consistently weak, with the signal indicator frequently displaying 0 or 1 bar. As a result, I often experience difficulties in receiving or making calls at home. Even when connectivity is established, the audio quality tends to be unstable. I am currently exploring solutions to enhance the signal strength within my home. To my knowledge, T-Mobile previously offered free signal boosters for areas with weak coverage; however, this option appears to no longer be available. After conducting research online, I have identified several potential solutions for improving phone signal strength, including CellSpot, Femtocells, and standalone signal boosters. I would like to understand the advantages and disadvantages of each option. Could you recommend the most suitable choice based on your expertise?ziliwang5 hours agoRoaming Rookie33Views1like3Commentsdata roaming usage

We're planning to travel to Europe later this year and would like to take advantage of T-Mobile's free international text/data roaming. However, I saw that incoming calls are charged at one minute even if you don't answer; per T-Mobile's website: "If your phone is on when you get an incoming call, even if you do not answer it, the call is charged one minute for delivery to the phone. (There are no charges if your phone is turned off.)" I get multiple robocalls/telemarketer calls per week, and I don't want to rack up charges for unwanted calls. Is there any way to temporarily turn off incoming calls or route them directly to voicemail to avoid charges? If so, what are the steps to do that?Solvedescriteur10 hours agoRoaming Rookie41KViews2likes52CommentsNeed Help with Home Internet Issue
