5G Gateway does not have admin features for Business accounts
I have a business internet gateway and I cannot make any changes on my device. Here is the reason, this dmb 5G Gateway now requires the app to make changes but if I try to use the app, I will receive a message saying I have a business account and I need to log in to the HUB, I log in to the HUB, there are no options to manage the gateway. I click on support, it shows only my reps, my reps are clueless on how to resolve this. Can someone look into this? It is crazy what you do to businesses...I have been already trying the ATT gateway, and I will be replacing them all… I am talking about 15 gateways.

I am experiencing the same issues. We just switched over to T-mobile 5g wireless interent as AT&T was terminating their cable interent service in our business park area. They were the only ones with hardlines to our buildings. and AT&T refused to install fiber for us.
We have personally been with T-Mobile for 20+ years and having to switch to a wireless internet option, we persued T-Mobile instead of AT&T.The fact that business owners, using a a T-Mobile for Business account cannot use the T-Life app OR have access to the admin router settings is upsetting.

Surely there is a way to manage my Gateway. Seems like that's what I did when I first got it a couple of years ago.
Now it tells me to use the app, but the app tells me to use the website, and around and around we go.
There has got to be a way to do this.

exact same problems - no way to manage and troubleshoot the gateway!!! Xfinity Fiber is looking good about now.

There is no option whatsoever to login. This is a well known issue...but for a business account it is even worse since we cannot use the app as I explained. If i try using the app it will tell me I need to use the account hub, in the account hub there is no option to manage the gateway, if I click on support it asks me to talk to my account reps who knows even less than I do...

Same problem. The T Life app seems to be useless for business customers. For anything beyond being subjected to ads, it has us go to the account hub which seems to be purely account management (at least its accurately named).

It is always helpful to list the specific device that you are asking about. So few bother with that.
Can’t you log into the (unknown) router directly by pointing your browser to 192.168.__.1?
