customer service

Tmobile became the worst customer service carrier since they became TMobile USA. The original TMobile customer service was not bad at all. The TMobile USA has the worst, I mean, the worst of all customer service of all any other carriers. Once you ported your numbers out of TMobile, that’s it, they don’t want to help you. They find all kinds of excuses not being able to help you. They keep telling you to call this and that, and when you call them, they told you to go to Store, etc. they keep bouncing you around until you give up calling or inquiring. Plus once your service is not with TMobile any longer, you loose the online access to billing in order to update the billing address for the credit proration. I don’t know why people keep switching over to TMOBILE?6.4KViews25likes37CommentsHow to connect with T-Mobile agent WITHIN THE USA when I call 611
I’ve been with T-Mobile since 1999 - 25 years. I need to make changes to my account, and be sure I’m on the best plan for me. When I call 611, I’ve had to wait ½ to 2 hours, and then get an agent in a foreign country that barely speaks English. This has happened 3 times tonight. My experience from past situations like this, is that they don’t understand me fully, I don’t understand them fully, they mess up my account, and I have to make multiple calls to straighten things out. IS THERE A WAY TO BYPASS THE “RANDOM” COUNTRY SELECTION, and actually speak to a representative within the USA? They formerly had a Customer Retention Dept or Customer Loyalty Dept, and they were always on this continent and were completely knowledgeable and competent. Now, no matter what I say when I call in, they tell me I cannot speak to a T-Mobile agent within the USA. Does anyone have a fix for this?377Views0likes4CommentsT-Mobile Internet - $200 Pre-Paid Mastercard - STILL WAITING
I switched to T-Mobile Internet over 3 months ago. The $200 Pre-paid Mastercard within 10 weeks was an incentive that led to me making this choice. It has been 12 weeks and I have not heard a thing. Has anyone had a similar experience? I am preparing to switch back to my previous provider if this is how they treat customers.16KViews14likes40CommentsAssurant Nightmare!!!! Stay Away from this company.
Ok I filed a claim for My iPhone 15 pro max. Paid the Deductible and sent back the damaged phone. Keep a photo of the tracking. All of a sudden an 800.00 charge shows up for Non-returned device. After Getting a T-Mobile rep on the phone they put me on a three way call with Assurant. Low and behold they did receive the phone!!!! The T-Mobile Rep. tells me they put a hold on my account to wait two billing cycles to remove it. (How cant they take it off right then and there is ridiculous) Then T-Mobile takes 414.00 out of my account two weeks later. After calling T-Mobile AGAIN and I was told the First rep didn’t do what he was supposed to due and I would have to wait 18 days for T-mobile to reverse the charge. Funny how they can take my money and it takes 18 days to put it back. I then made sure I deleted all form of payment methods off my account to block any more shenanigan's from T-Mobile’s Flunkeys. Now I have to wait till I can get return calls from T-Mobile to, I guess check that things are being fixed and my 414.00 is returned. Moral of the Story….DO NOT USE ASSURANT!!!!!!395Views3likes2Commentsneed help with contacting TMobile corporate office

I’m not racist. I’m not looking down on anyone. It’s just hard to speak to customer service reps from out of the US. They are limited on what they can do. Half of the time what they say doesn’t end up happening how they explain. They say one thing and it’s wrong. I had someone give me a whole plan and saying he’d make a request to help us upgrades phones. Nothing he said was right or true. He was a manager! I spoke to someone in the US and they explained it all to me perfectly. I wasn’t happy with the results but it made sense, it was accurate information. I understood the details and how Tmobile worked. When I had another issue, a rep again from out the US made promises. Nothing happened how they said it would. I called customer service again and I got someone in the states, and again they fixed everything within mins. I hate this customer service.1.2KViews4likes7CommentsHas anyone else been scammed by T-mobile?
When I signed up for T-Mobile internet last year, probably 6 months ago, I was promised 2 promos--a one year free subscription to Paramount Plus and a virtual credit card of $100. To date, May 29, I have received none of these. I thought it was too good to be true and it was. This is a pretty poor way to treat a customer. Not to mention that the service is spotty and inconsistent at best. T-Mobile looks a lot like Xfinity. Unfortunately T-Mobil and Xfinity are the only two providers in town. So, when you think T-Mobile think SCAMMERS!Solved1.1KViews0likes7Commentshow to leave a good customer service review?
I am hoping to leave a review about some excellent service I received. I thought a survey would begin after the call, but it never came. Is there a way for me to leave a positive review for an employee if they provided me with their name@T-Mobile?Solved16KViews3likes115Comments
