My internet has been down for 5 days now with speeds varying from 1-5mbps. Called Tmobile multiple times, Unable to work from home, unable to use my phone as a hot spot due to data download issues in the area.. My Wife has ATT and her phone was getting 112 mbps down and 12.1 up My Tmobile device 4.61 mbps Down and 1.81 up Really tired of the repeated data problems with your service. I’ve spent 6 hour on the phone and the store with T Mobile - worse customer service. Watch still doesn’t have cellular!!! I cancelled my watch service because of it. I was withAT&T for years without a problem, as soon as my contract is up I’m going back! Sure, a little more expensive but they know what they are doing, it’s worth it to me! I am in Mexico right now and my data is not working.Every time I come here, I get 5G high speed data and then unlimited low speed data, every month, for 3 months. I always get a “Welcome to Mexico” text when I land. However, this last trip I have not gotten a “Welcome to Mexico” text and I have been here for 2 months already. I’ve Samsung S22 Ultra 5G with e-SIM. Plan is Simply Pre-Paid with 10GB of Data/Month and has USD$15 for International Calling, which Includes Mexico and Canada. I came to Mexico City, Mexico on 4th Feb 2023 and soon after the Plane Land, I saw the data as LTE. Roaming is On and Manually Selected the Network TELCEL(T-Mobile partner). Now the issue is I can see the LTE Icon, but Chrome, WhatsApp and Facebook are not loading. I reset the Network setting and did a Phone Re-Start. Airplane Mode was on-off, and the Data send/receive is still not working.#RON#(#766#) also tried. I also used Speedtest to see whether data send/receive happened and in Speedtest, it could not connect the Provider and Server. The call and SMS service is working Fine. I raised 2 Tickets, one after another, with Customer Service and Engineer team and they said it would take 72 Hours to resolve. On December 4, 2022, I went tomy local T-mobile store looking for promotion deals to see if I could get a trade-in upgrade for my wife’s phone. After talking to one of the employees about their current deals, they employee promised me that if I switchfrom my current plan Magenta to Magenta MAX that I would get a $800 trade-in credit towards an Iphone 14. I told her it is a great dealand was baited into switching my phone plan. She made the switch official that day (Dec 4, 2022) and told me to come back on December 6, 2022 to make the trade-inbecause the plan swapwouldnot be effective until then. When I arrived 2 days later on the 6th, I was told that there were no such deal by another employee and the current plan they currently offer is a $400 trade-in credit. Long story short, I end up reverting my plan back to Magenta and was charged for the Magenta MAX plan although I only had it for 2 days. Next time before making a switch, I would ask for a written contract. I pay monthly for the TMobile Jump Upgrades...Have for 6 yrs. I went to the store to use my Jump Upgrade and was told my plan was retired. I was told to contact customer service. After 30 minutes trying to explain what the Jump Upgrade was as shown in my paperwork I ended the call. Has anyone else had success in trying to use the Jump Upgrade? in this day and age you would think T-Mobile would have 24 hours a day 7 days a week live chat available for tech support account issues anything related to T-Mobile instead they want you to call a number and then it takes forever for them to call you back when life chat would be so easy you can answer whenever you want they answer whenever they want just keep it open you don't have to sign in every time you leave a message now wouldn't that I'll be wonderful? who do we talk to about this? of course it's available for sales. it's always available for sales department. it's like they're saying we'll take your money but we won't help you after that.25KViews11likes19CommentsCharged for services never received
I’ve spoken to several peopleat T-Mobile but cannot get this situation rectified. 1.5 yrs ago purchased Magenta Plan with 2 phones and option for 2 free watches. Within a week realized that 10$ monthly service fee was requited to operate the watches, so we returned them to the store indicating thatwe did not want them. Without the service they a were of no value to us. As we are shopping around before we renew our plan, visited T-Mobile store and rep showed me how to access bill on-line at which point I saw the charges for 4 lines with 2 phone unrecognizable numbers which are associated with the watches.Evidently, wehave been charged an additional 20 a month for 17months, totaling $340. Why did I not see this on the bill before you ask? Well to save $20/monthwe are required touse auto pay so we never see a bill. I only just realized this error when I visited the store. My contention now is that where I purchased the plan, the store representatives are either unskilledor thieves. They took the watches back. They indicated we would not be billed for the service. Theydid not properly manage the transaction. T-Mobile says there is no proof I returned the watches. I argue that I did,but more significantly we don’t and never did have service on them which is what the $20/month is for. Furthermore, the monthlybill advises us that thewatches needto be paired up for service, verifying we don’t have service. Moreover, T-Mobile has agreed to discontinue charging me moving forward. What more evidence isneeded to confirm that we have been charged for a service never received? I would like a refund for the $340 charged for services not received.328Views1like1Comment
