I find it frustrating that there was a small window to redeem this offer. Being a customer and having a good plan that I pay for, I feel the perks that we are offered should be available. I've had MLB TV the last few years and I speak to customer service and the only answer I get is "sorry, we understand, too late>" Has anyone found a better answer.
