Modem drops internet service every night

Mine started losing the internet for short periods of time early some mornings. It usually quickly fixes itself, but some days, like today, I had to unplug the gateway, plug it back in, unplug my eero 6+ and plug that back in. It’s odd, though, that my Lenovo desktop shows the internet is connected when it is not.
