Since this is for work, maybe a TMHI Business line would work. I don’t know if it would solve your VPN issue, but the TMHI business account is different, for example it allows a static IP. The cost is more, however.

Home Internet vs Home Internet Plus
I’ve looked ait the comparison of the Home Internet plan vs Home Internet Plus plan and am I correct that the difference is that the Home Internet Plus plan includes the G4AR and Wi-Fi Mesh Access Point while the Home Internet plan includes the Arcadyan KVD21 (and no Mesh).
