5G Gateway Battery Charge

How long does the Gateway need to be charged for? 2 hours? 10 hours? Just got one today, set it up and noticed that it had 0% charge, yet no where did I find on the app or in the "quick start" guide that it needed to be charged up first. I've already a mind to return this thing.

Of course not. It’s crappy because the service is crappy, HENCE the cause for return. And, spectrum will still be less expensive than what I’m paying now with the already crappy service I’m getting from Frontier.

Forget the question. It is indeed a Nokia gateway piece of crap. It's being returned and off to Spectrum I go.

The Nokia is a piece of crap just because of a low battery charge?  Enjoy paying more at Spectrum.

It's the 5G T-Internet Gateway. Yes, it's grey and cylindrical. I thought it was t-mobile internet? I was told to charge it up before using. What is the internet you're referring to? I was told this was t-mobile home internet.

If you have the Nokia gateway, looks like a grey  cylinder with a screen on top, you don't “need” to charge it - the battery is just to keep it on if you move it so you can access the screen on top. It needs to be plugged it to use it for internet, when you unplug it the connection stops. I recommend the internet service, it's rock solid in my experience.
