Re: nokia 5g21 overheating
Chaelie wrote: Seems like a heat problem again and I have seen the cooling fan “fixes” on the forum, BUT why should I have to pay for the “fix”. To me, it was worth spending under $20 to buy an USB fan to keep my gateway cool, rather than dealing with shipping and receiving various gateways. I also vacuum the gateway every couple of months to keep the dust down.16Views0likes0CommentsRe: Gateway restarting on its own issue solution
Fit4life265 wrote: If you have recently been experiencing your gateway consistently restarting on its own, I have figured the hard way after replacing the gateway 2x,SIM card & power cord replaced 1X, factory resets and full replacement provided by a local store that the1 thing I had not tried was changing my Network passwords and that did the trick. I know it is a pain, but worth it! One thing not mentioned as a possible solution, is to keep the gateway cool. https://community.t-mobile.com/troubleshooting-38/tmobile-home-internet-connection-issues-5103727Views0likes0CommentsT-Mobile Community CloudFront 403 errors
What is with all these CloudFront 403 errors? Can T-Mobile find a better server provider other than Amazon, with all the extra money they are getting from removing the credit card discount on autopay? I find myself less on this community, because of the frustration of attempted logins, unable to read the threads, or writing a response only to have it rejected by the 403 error and losing what I wrote. This has been going on for months, without any apparent resolution. @HeavenMany insight?419Views2likes9CommentsRe: the network doesn't show on my PC. any suggestions 🤔

The usual suggestions include updating your drivers on your PC, separating the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, lowering the transmissionto WiFi5 ac orn/g/b, or lowering the encryption (WPA). The following thread may help. https://community.t-mobile.com/troubleshooting-38/lg-smart-tv-can-t-find-tmobile-wireless-network-522519Views0likes0CommentsRe: quitting, what happens if I cancell
Kaiis5 wrote: if I cancel, will I be charged any fees or for the gateway? Appears you will be charged, whether you return the gateway, or not. https://community.t-mobile.com/accounts-services-4/t-mobil-s-scam-of-charging-customers-for-non-return-equipment-4977916Views0likes0CommentsRe: admin portal online
mrcooper wrote: Why can’t I make changes by going to the admin gateway ip site? T-Mobile took away the IP GUI from all gateways after the Nokia. That’s why the Nokia is recommended for advanced users. There are work-arounds / back-door methods for later model gateways using the techniques shown by Nater Tater, or using a 3rd party app Hint Control.16Views2likes0CommentsRe: Won't let me cancel Paramount+

Followed suggestions I saw on line and all suggestions take you to manage add ons which comes up blank on the website. Be sure you are on the PAH (Primary Account Holder) when managing add-ons. https://www.t-mobile.com/support/plans-features/paramount-plus Log in to the T-Mobile App, T-Mobile, or contact T-Mobile customer service to remove Paramount+ from your account.
