phone freezing after update
Ever since the last update. My phone has been freezing. It's keeping my voicemail app open.. I've deleted and froze them all.. it keeps opening and freezing voicemail..
What device are you using? Have you tried backing up everything you want to keep off of the device, factory resetting the device, and not restoring apps and settings from a backup to ensure the issue doesn't return?
you can also attempt to kick the phone over into safe mode in case its a rogue app creating this problem. safe mode will shut down all 3rd party apps you have downloaded. if the phone starts working fine then its one of the apps you have downloaded..is the VM app you are having the most issues with a built in one or did you download it from the play store?
