Deployed Soldier, Destroyed Phone | Request for Guidance
Good morning/evening/night All. I do not know the correct way to go about requesting assistance and hope this forum can help guide us to resolution. Situation is: We have a deployed Soldier who has a T-Mobile device that is irrecoverable (physical damage, work related). Now, we do not have access to a T-Mobile store in our location nor do we have access to the Soldier's One-Time-Passcodes (due to the damage to the device). Two questions for guidance: Is there an email or chat link we can follow for overseas (after-hours) support?
