I have reset all the network settings, done all the troubleshooting but it's still not working. It seems there is no group texting at all, and the only people who can get my text are Tmobile or ATT carriers. My daughter is sitting next to me and has Verizon, and no texts are going through to her. Also I can see the group text and everything they are saying, but no one is receiving mine! I chatted with Samsung customer service for 45 mins. This is def a T-Mobile issue. HELP!!Solved1.2KViews1like9CommentsGoogle Play Store Pending Downloads
Is anybody else having trouble downloading apps or updates from the Google Play Store? I am in the Tampa Bay area and have tried (with the help of friends and co-workers) about 20 different phones on the T-mobile network and none of them will download apps or updates from the playstore. If I connect the phone to a non T-mobile wifi then it works fine. Is there some issue between T-mobile and Google? Not sure what’s going on here.773Views3likes10CommentsHow to set a pre-recorded audio file as my outgoing voicemail mesage?
I can’t believe T-Mobile (or Sprint before them) still don’t allow you to set up and use a pre-recorded audio file (e.g. .mp3) as your outgoing voicemail message. Sure, you can play the file over an external speaker and record it using your phone’s microphone, but the quality is not good. Is there a reason I’m missing as to why this capability is unavailable on my Android phone? Security? Copyright?349Views0likes1CommentVoicemail wants me to set up, but it was already set up.
First of all, I’m frantic. My daughter was murdered a year ago, and I’ve kept her phone number active so I can hear her voice on her voicemail. I just called to listen to her voicemail, and it is telling me to set it up. Her voice is gone. Why on earth did this happen?! Is there a way to get it back? Please tell me it was some random glitch today and will back working as usual tomorrow!898Views0likes2CommentsVisual Voicemail Error

There seems a serious hardware issue with the Samsung Galaxy Flip 4. The idea of this phone and utility is amazing and convenient. However, after 6 months the phone hinge feature locked up and I was unable to open the phone completely. Then at nearly the same time a black spot appeared in the middle of the phone. This black spot grew quickly to cover approximately 80% of the phone screen. This rendered the phone incredible difficult to utilize. Now, I have been questioned on this phone my numerous people over the time I had this phone. I always spoke of the phone in a positive way. I’ve also been a big advocate of T-Mobile and the coverage and services provided. Upon bringing the now unusable phone in to the store. I was told I couldn’t get the phone replaced at the store. As we all know, having phone service is incredibly phone important, imperative to many. I pay the $18 plus for the insurance. I was told I could pay $100 to get a new phone delivered Next Day Air. I was also informed that the T-Mobile employee helping stated that they are aware of the typical issue the Samsung Galaxy Flip 4 is having these known hardware failure issues. I was the informed I would need to pay $5 for a warrantied replacement. I agreed. However, I would have to wait several days to obtain a new phone. The $1000 phone I had was unusable. I’m just wondering how many people out there think it’s unreasonable for T-mobile force it’s customers to go without the ability to communicate, conduct business, stay in touch with family and friends on their network and not inform all the paying customers that are in possession of the Samsung Flip 4 of the rather common catastrophic hardware failure? A recall? It would appear T-Mobile and or Samsung aren’t owning up to this issue. Should good loyal paying customers be subjected to this negligence? Anyone else have issues with the Samsung Galaxy Flip phones?811Views1like4CommentsBlocking Unknown Callers from calling OR leaving voicemail
I have never accepted any phone calls from people who have their Caller ID off. The ones who block Caller ID from showing those they call, any names or phone number of the caller. However, they can still leave voicemail. I just want to read or listen to voice mail from those I know. Is there a way to block unknown callers from leaving voicemail?? I already tried Robokiller, Spam Shield and Call Control. Any help??Solved22KViews0likes23Commentslive chat
in this day and age you would think T-Mobile would have 24 hours a day 7 days a week live chat available for tech support account issues anything related to T-Mobile instead they want you to call a number and then it takes forever for them to call you back when life chat would be so easy you can answer whenever you want they answer whenever they want just keep it open you don't have to sign in every time you leave a message now wouldn't that I'll be wonderful? who do we talk to about this? of course it's available for sales. it's always available for sales department. it's like they're saying we'll take your money but we won't help you after that.26KViews11likes19CommentsWHY SO MANY "ANDROID" UPDATES NOW ???
Owned this REVLL for about 6 months now. It seems to go through an ANDROID SYSTEM UPDATE every week (OK, I’m exaggerated maybe a tad….). What is the DEAL with this phone needing so many updates? Some of them take WAY TOO LONG and of course you are without any phone while (once again) going thru what seems to be a weekly “update”. I have had more updates in 6 months with this REVLL phone than in 20 years COMBINED with all my other cell phones. These android “updates” take your phone away from you. Why so many “updates” T-Mobile??????? If this persists, I’m switching to an I-Phone.414Views0likes9Comments
